Location was excellent
Location. Free parking.
Uncomfortable beds, freezing cold room with a super loud heater.
Free parking and great location
facilities aren't that great, very noisy, all the noise from the main road could be heard in our room.
Really great location near many great restaurants, clubs, shopping and Pikes Market is an easy walk away.
This place is dirty, uncomfortable, loud and ugly. I saw a hypodermic needle in the stair way. I looked like they taped nothing off when the painted. The television is 20 years old and the remote did not work. I had is replaced, but still did not get it to work so he said sorry and left. Water handles don't even match in the bathroom. Way over priced.
Location. That's really the only thing good about this place. It's a room to stay and that was all we needed.
Crowded parking, staff not really friendly
Price, location, free parking and as clean as it could have been considering the age and condition.
Beds worn out, linens old( had hoped in them) room smelled like a truck sleeper when we got there.
Location was very central, but a bit noisy
There was a bright light in the outside passageway that shone into the room (204) all night and the drapes did nothing to help, so hard to sleep. Place was not filthy, but was "grubby" and there were several burned out light bulbs. In fact, all the electricals were a bit precarious; plugs wobbling in sockets etc.
For a budget hotel, the rooms weren't terrible; however the front desk attendant was less than helpful, there were no city guides/important phone numbers provided, and that bathrooms need to be updated. Free parking was a plus but the stay would have been more pleasant with better guest services - or breakfast!
I love the location and price of the rooms. The new underground parking is neat as well, and the rooms are always clean.
A couple of our lights were burned out and the TV remote didn't work. I was also hoping for a fridge and microwave so I was a little disappointed to find out we didn't have one.
locks on door and lack of curtains for privacy
Handy to downtown areas of interest, i.e., Pike Place Market (and others).
The location & helpful staff.
The shower head was kind of like a heavy mist rather than a pore. No way to adjust it.
The location is pretty good, and cheap but you get what you pay for
Parking accomodations Sink didn't drain Beds were small TV remote didn't work
The location and the price is unbeatable. The cleaning staff is very nice.
I would have like to have a kettle in the room. for tea or hot chocolate. The wifi is weak to non-existent and the desk is situated in a corner where there is no outlet to plug a laptop.
location, proximity to restaurants and grocery store.
bare bones and needs a lot of updating. Checked for bugs but didn't see any. Old televisions, Gate closes too early, no night person on duty, very dark outside (they don't have the outdoor room lights working) NOT recommended for single women or older people.
Definitely not one of the nicer places I've stayed. My non-smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke, although it got better during my stay.
Great Location! It was a quick walk to stores, sights, and public transportation.
The motel is a little dated and worn but was clean. It was a little noisy as it was just next to the monorail track.
Good value for money with free parking.
Too few plugs in room and none in bathroom. Very small room. Good for sleeping only.
location, price, free wifi, clean room, friendly staff
limited parking, no tissue box, no fridge or microwave
Position: edge of shopping area, monorail past the door, transit tunnel 3 blocks away, great adjacent restaurants and cafes. Wi fi was good. Rooms are a true 1960`s experience, but you get what you pay for. Staff great at ensuring you get calls/messages
Rooms look tired, but decore matches historical sites of monorail and space needleall built at the same time, but motel has aged a bit... It`s safe, convenient and clean and a bargain for downtown.
Easy to get to
First attendant was a little dismissive
The overall experience was fine.
However, most of the towels we were given were dirty (some of them even had hair and dirt in them) and there was very limited parking.
Great for price. Exactly what I expected, but I had low expectations.
