Convenient location for all activities e.g shopping, access to cruise line piers, rental cars, numerous restaurants, sightseeing and so on in Seattle.

Too old; mattresses old and soft; rooms small; not competitive-no microwave nor refrigerator. Too expensive for its age and condition.

Decor. Care not taken when walls were painted. Towels felt like sandpaper. Room did not have that comfy feeling

Unfrendliness of one of the staff members, the middle aged one. No net curtains, so to stop people looking in you need to keep them closed all the time. Like living in a tomb. No shaving points in any bathroom, ridiculous.

Central location, quiet, great for visitors to Seattle - everthing you want to see is close by. Welcoming and helpful staff.

Could have had a kettle in the room for making coffee.

Pretty basic, and it took some time for the hot water to appear.

The location was amazing and the prow very fair. I also liked the room . Simple and clean .

Hot water takes forever to come up. Place in dire need of a makeover. Filthy carpet antiquated Plumbing. Not worth the price.

I liked the cleanliness and that the two queen beds were in different rooms. I loved the location!

The hotel outside of the room didn't look clean ie the parking garage, stairwell etc.

Housekeeping did an excellent job. The room was priced much less than other hotels downtown.

Loooow shower head. WiFi only worked in the front room and often needed to be reset. Carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced.

No parking. Beds were worn out and sagged in the middle. Elevator didn't always work.

Close to downtown

Its not good at all. The staff was un cooperative. And the prices were high. You can get a place in sheraton etc on same price. The rooms and toilets were not clean. TV is very old. Problem of warm water some time. The toilets were old style. Do not stay there unless you have no option

Great location, central to downtown, easy walking distance to all attractions. Very clean. Free, secure parking.

Very basic, shows early signs of updating but a way to go. Loud construction early and late next door, strong smell of "weed" for 2 out of 4 nights.

Room was cramped, staff would not allow us to stay an extra hour after checkout, the bathroom sink did not drain well, no coffee maker in our room (refrigerator and microwave were available for an extra $20)

Closeness to downtown shopping however the neighborhood did not feel safe.

The room and bathroom were very disappointing & I would have left if it weren't late when I checked in. Things were not clean or in good repair at all and although it seemed a reasonable price for the location it wasn't great value for the money.

it was very clean and we got a suite for half the price of a standard room anywhere else but it is a dive hotel. I don't mind because I didn't spend much time in the room but if you're looking for luxury this is not the place.

Close to Downtown, and around the corner from Dimetroius Jazz Alley to see a concert like Tower Of Power that played on Feb21-24th. I would visit again soon.

Central location. Free parking and you can walk or take transit. The room was small but very clean. I brought my own coffee machine as they do not provide one (unless you get the larger room with a kitchen) I am a woman traveling alone and I felt safe there. My non-smoking room had no odors of past smokers. Very good value. Getting a room in down town Seattle for under $100 is a great deal

The location is by far the best thing about this hotel, near the Space Needle, Pike shopping street and walking distance from Pike Market. . And it's fairly that. The staff is quite nice too, but it doesn't compensate for the rest.

Although the bedroom was fairly equal to the one advertized it was poorly isolated from the cold, which resulted in a very cold first night. The air conditioner wasn't strong enough to hold Seattle's cold and the heater was too small to the size of the bedroom. We got some covers from the staff, but both of them had cigarette holes in it. On the second night, after letting the heater on throughout the day, we barricaded the end of the door with towels, so the heat wouldn't go out. Other than that the bathroom was fairly small and creepier. The shower is not tall enough to fit a regular side person and the sink was not working properly.
