Parking in town is limited during peak periods. Hotel is located on highway on way out of town and is a long walk.
Nice location at a good price.
No bad experience at all, Breakfast not extremely convenient to get to.
Close to everything you want to see & do in Sedona
Bathroom needs updating
The check in was terrible. We arrived at 3:00 and were told we could not get in until 4:00. We came back at 3:55 and the line went to the door and took at least 15 minutes to get to the front.
The room was very comfortable. Great view across the pool and main building to the red rocks in the distance. Quiet, well equipped. Perfect for our needs. Easy distance to uptown Sedona and Oak Creek Villlage.
Cannot book a restaurant table. Yes, it's suppposed to be one of the best in Arizona and the USA in general. However, queuing in the Arizona heat, from 3.30/4.00pm, to put you name down for a table, when the restaurant doesn't even open until 5.00pm isn't my idea of fun. And, what if you don't get in for the "first sitting?" Then how long is the wait? Madness, in my opinion. So we didn't bother. Easier and nicer to order food in, buy a bottle of wine, and to eat and drink at the balcony table outside our room.
That I was able to cancel my second night without being charged a cancelation fee.
The facility is old and needs a major renovation. The pictures of the property do not depict actuality.
hotel was walking distance to shops and other touristy things to do and see
granted that breakfast was free, the space and staffing was inadequate for guests to enjoy this complimentary deal. Staff was very defensive when I asked her if there was going to be more food to be brought out to the breakfast spread. She rudely commented that she was working by herself and she was trying her best to work as fast as she can. I also saw a used band-aid on the side of the bread bin as I reached over for an english muffin.
Convenient location. Great balcony with incredible view. Comfortable bed with nice linens. Jetted tub. Very roomy.
Check-in and parking a bit congested, but not bad.
We enjoyed the Sedona area. Truly something special.
The bed, comfort and energy of the room. We were told that we'd have a view, but it was the parking lot. Not worth the $236 for one night.
We arrived at 1pm to our hotel and asked if our room was by chance ready. It wasn't but the front desk assured us a call once it was. We waiting until 4:30 and didn't receive a call therefore we decided to go back and check in. Room was ready but the same girl stated she forgot to call us. Breakfast was not accommodating to people with special food allergies. We didn't eat and had to leave to find a place.
great resturant but doesn't take reservations.
Long line to check in.
No towels at pool
Room not ready on time and then had to queue for 40 mins.to check in
Nice views, in the middle of Sedona and Oak Creek Village.
Restaurants close early on Sunday.
Wi fi. Beds comfortable.
No phone service from room..never told at check in by uncaring staff. Check out staff was friendly. Thin walls. Poor water pressure. Would not recommend to others.
The room was spotless, beds were comfortable, staff were very helpful, easy access from highway into Sedona
If you are looking for a room with a spectacular view, this isn't the place. Also, if you want a truly accessible room, make sure you ask for 100 - 110 - all the other, even with ramps, have steps and are not suitable for wheelchairs.
Location and rooms were nice!!
Not such a great view... Requested a nice view for the weekend.
The size of the room was very adequate for traveling couple. The window had a beautiful view of the red rocks. The distance to shops and restaurants is easily walkable. Elite cafe is located on the property, they do not take reservations and they're absolutely will be a long line. It is definitely worth the wait so order a margarita and relax.
Bring your own pillow as theirs are enormous and too firm. If you need the aid of an elevator, make a request at the booking to secure a first floor room as they do not provide an elevator.
This was our second at this location. It was called Kings Ransom Inn last year. We enjoyed it las tear so we stayed there again. It's close to uptown and walking distance to nearby restaurants and shops.
Clean pool and nice access to pool from my room!
White spiders in bathroom. Dirty tissue behind night stand, phone did not work and hotel clerk said negative things about a customer she talked to on the phone as we checked in.
It was close and convenient. The price was perfect. This hotel is slightly out of town from the main tourist area. Walking distance to Tlaquepaque.
Comfortable bed, clean room, breakfast included.
Poor front desk service, room without a view even though I booked and paid extra for a room with a view.
