We were given a free upgrade, which was awesome! A wonderful and spacious room with a jacuzzi bath. Breakfast was pretty decent and location was excellent.
I liked the quiet clean comfortable room. The staff were warm and helpful. The views from room were great. It was walking distance from my venue Creative Life Centre and many facilities.
Comp breakfast was inedible and no comp soap or milk cartons in room. An offer of help with luggage would also have been appreciated. There was a strong smell of disinfectant in the room which although reassuring that it was clean was unpleasant.
the Free breakfast was really good...the locstion was nice.they were remodling & has plastic on the carpet in the hallway with doors Opeon or off off on the rooms.smelled a little....
for the price quality was good
no bar soap. none on housekeeping carts. Had to go to front desk for 2 small, tiny bars. No employee at front desk when leaving keys in morning. Construction on adjoining room in early AM.
They should finish one room completely before starting another room. I rented two rooms at the same time... they were in completely different buildings. The room I had did not have soap at the bathroom sink, the bathtub sounded like it was going to fall through the floor. The air conditioner kept me awake most of the night (very noisy). The second room, we had to call maintenance to put the fire alarm back in the ceiling, only had two pillows for a key size room, and had very noise surrounding guests.
location it was clean
no care about my compliant that a guest after 10pm was able to open our room door if not for the latch which opened enough for the guest and myself see each other. mind you this happened 4 x no hbo 2 blown light bulbs breakfast was gone before the cut off time and bad anyway staff did not care
Very old, needs upgrading
The hotel was in a good location.
The room had a damp feeling and for the price was pretty trashy. The room next door to us had dogs and the walls were so thin you could hear everything.
Could walk to two excellent restaurants and many shops nice pool
We enjoyed every single minute we stayed there. People at the front desk are so friendly (thank you girls) and pool at night feels like a dream!!
Good location. Elote on site restaurant was great.
First room was overbooked so we got bumped to a lower room.
We did have a nice view of the mountains from our room.
Property was currently under renovations. The room did not look like pictures at all. Shower was tiny and no bath tub. The dispenser with the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner smelled terrible, glad I brought my own. The bed was very hard. The entire room was very outdated and not what was shown online, even had an old CRT tv. No refrigerator in our room. I will definitely not stay here again and would not recommend this place to anyone.
Great morning buffet. Comfortable beds.
Construction but it is almost complete.
Not very pleasant, the reception girl tried to deceive me twice breaking a 100 dolar bill. Not very clean
The view on the red rocks and the pool with hoot tub. There's a short trail departing from the hotel that could be done also by my little kid but still was a very nice walk (ask the concierge, they'll give you directions). Our rooms was brand new and they were upgrading all the others as we were there (August '14)
Really enjoyed the large jacuzzi and the larger pool on the property. Also loved that I could make my own breakfast waffles. The breakfast spread was nice and just right. The hotel was cleaned and properly maintained. Staff was friendly. The location was just right not far from all the shops and sights.
I noticed an eyesore - in the parking lot was a bunch of hotel furniture. Didn't appreciate the breakfast staff person that got a little tiffed when I tried to help the Japanese tourists by showing them how to use the wafflemaker.
The staff was friendly, couteous and immediately addressed concerns.
Room are not sad, nixe paint and clean bathroom. Great landscape, and vety good price.
Is not so close to shops and monunent valley entrance.
Everything we needed, they referred us to the Circle k gas station. Online it stated they had kitchen facilities, not so. They ran out of free breakfast and we were told they would not make anymore even though it was still breakfast hours.
Breakfast was good, would have liked to get through the line a bit faster. Location was good, less than a mile to shopping. Staff overall was very friendly. Pool and hot tub was in good condition and clean.
Hallways smelled like a Professional Football team just got done working out. Ice machines were only on the first floor (inconvenient). Pool location sucks in the main building.
The only good thing about this Hotel was the view of the red rocks and it did have a beautiful courtyard.
The room description did not fit the actual room. The room smelled musty and they could not accommodate us with another room.
Beautiful and quiet balcony
No little brochure in room to tell hours of pool and spa. Other things like Ice or even the path down to the creek. Luckily another guest told us!
The location and views were amazing, and the continental breakfast was phenomenal
The water heater went out so I got to take a cold shower
