The location, the scenery (sp?), the cleanliness, the breakfast was great.

the roundabouts and the expensiveness of the Elote Restaurant

They had a nice pool and jacuzzi and a very nice continental breakfast in the morning.

When we got there they were doing some minor maintenance in our room and the water was shut off. Thankfully, they were done within an hour, but I felt our room should have been ready when we checked in. We also had a problem with the door sticking. Had to literally put my shoulder into it to open it. But overall a decent place to stay.

Beds were a little uncomfortable ( hard) ...that's the only neg.

Generally most of the facilities, and easy access to the surrounding area.. Spectacular!

Staff refusal to give us a second floor room, which would have felt more secure for us as women traveling.

Everything. It was our favorite hotel out of the five we stayed in during this trip.

I liked the location and the contenental breakfast was excellent! The price and the pictures on the internet attracted me. I enjoyed watching the two Mallard Ducks that have made their residence in your pool, that was cute to watch!

The person checking in wasn't as friendly as I expected. The beds were very uncomfortable, I woke up in pain on my side and back. The refrigerator kept falling off the wooden stand it sat on. The bathroom was dirty with hair in the tub and on the floor and a spider web in the corner of the room on the ceiling was not a pleasant site. The TV was small and old and the remote didn't work. So we had to get up and change the channels. I was disappointed! I won't stay there or recommend this Hotel to anyone.

Rooms were clean and roomy. Pool and hot tub area were nice. The breakfast area was large and comfy. Last time we stayed at King's Ransom Inn and the hotel is nicer.

For the price, it was not what we expected. Old room and hotel, old tv (not an updated flat screen version), very limited breakfast (ended up having to go out to breakfast). Only one working ice machine that was across in another section of the hotel. It reminded us more of a motel 6 than a hotel!

Swimming pool was great, the room was great for the price.

The breakfast was rather boring. They could have added some fruit, and maybe some variety.

Small room, one electrical Socket only. Well warn hotel, noisy air/ con, noisy toilet Fan, wash basin no privacy .

Floor of room had major squeak. Thin walls. No vending or ice machines.

The outside seating area was nice as well as the pool area. The restaurant on location, Cafe Elote is amazing.

The room is very dated and run down. I think there is an older part and newer part. Ask for newer Our room was bead the pool and not good for a long stay.

the smell in the room on arrival was VERY strong of chemical. had to open doors.

Not much of a selection for breakfast. Staff seemed to be a bit rude. Also did not like the fact that check-in wasn't till 3 considering we traveled 3 hours from globe and didnt wanna haul our luggage around.

Location, breakfast included - great for a quick start to the day. very clean, good value
