Very friendly staff - very keen to help and the rooms were big/clean enough.

A bit off the beaten track - the neighborhood in the heart of the Chinese district is not fancy at all, but there are good and very reasonably priced eateries that can be found there. Takes between 35-50 minutes to hit midtown Manhattan, depending on the subway (the nearest tube, 9 Ave, is real close, but only local D trains stop there, you'd be better off strolling to 36th St. to catch an express D/N/R Manhattan-bound train)

Since I was checking-out very early and needed transportation, the hotel clerk made sure my cab driver came in to the hotel lobby to meet me. Very good of her to think of my safety, a woman traveling alone!

Good price for what you get. Rooms were clean, hotel is close to the metro station. Its was possible to park a car for free here!!

My trip to Brooklyn New York was of short notice. I needed an hotel for three nights and breakfast. It was essential that the hotel was within the Brooklyn area. I needed a comfortable place to stay but not too expensive. The hotel was small but efficient. The room was also small but clean and comfortable.

This was a last minute booking for us and we were extremely satisfied with not only the service but the all around value. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our last night, the security gentleman called and scheduled a ride for us to get to the airportthe next morning. We didn't have to ask he just chose to call and set it up. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling on a budget and wants great service.

One negative thing was that the rooms were not sealed very well from the hallway noise. You could hear everything from the hallway in your room clear as day.

It a two stars hotel. The price is cheap compared with other hotel in New York. We didn't come here to stay at the hotel but visit New York City. So it's no problem it is a simple hotel just for sleep. Free parking and breakfast are provided. Another good thing is the subway station is only 5 minutes away.

The tv remoter was broken.

KIngs Hotel met the need for a lower price place to stay near family. It reminded me of a hotel I had stayed at in Bangkok. The room was small but adequate. The mattress was very comfortable and both my husband and I had back issues. We were so happy with the mattress. There was a small parking garage which works for small cars. Continental breakfast was fair. Staff was very helpful, giving us a metro map upon registering and explainging parking in the evening.

Both of us are campers and world travelers so we are pretty easy going than many people. As long as we have a good bed, the room is clean and is relatively quiet, we are happy. We had no compliants. Just be careful in the parking garage. Small cars only

Everything.... Paid for a king size bedvand gotba queen hotel staff was very unfriendly when you asked for something it was like you were bothering them...i would not recommend this hotel to anyone and booking.con should not recommend this hotel either

The only thing I like was the fact that their receptionist was polite and the breakfast.

Located very near a Metro station, it is a good option for New York visit at a very good price.

Great value, clean and luxurious (marble and granite), indoor garage parking on site, free continental breakfast. Near subway. Rooms,closets, furniture small. No easy chair- but this is typical of small, moderately priced hotels in this area of the city. Kings had a better continental breakfast room than some others nearby.

On site dining was mostly nightclub - Karaoke. Their posted hours started at 6 pm so we thought they would be a place for supper. They were not really set-up for that. Had a pleasant bowl of very good noodle soup, but felt we were intruding on their work.
