Website said 3 restaurants and "relax in our bar" - no restaurants except a deli which was closed for dinner - no bar - no taxi service
In addition to the comfort, cleanliness, and pleasant staff, the location was close to everything we needed.
Dewitt went above and beyond during our stay helping us with demagnetized room keys, letting us into our room so we didn't have to go back down to the front desk, he even brought the new keys up to our room. He also brought us extra tools to the pool when they were out. He truly saved the day on Monday morning after receiving a record snowfall of 16inches when he helped my husband unburry our car, used the snow blower to make a path for myself and our children, and pushed our car out of a snow bank to get us on the road to a funeral we were sadly in town for. He and the Kingsly staff really helped to make a difficult trip easier on my family and I am so glad we stayed with them!
Heating/air conditioning vents blowing dust/dry/very unhealthy air. I got a dry sore throat and subsequently did NOT feel well for a number of days.
Von and the day staff were very kind and helpful.
Room was below average in cleanliness (no fault of housekeeping) and in disrepair. After returning to the hotel from a wedding we quickly found that our room did not have running water therefore we had no shower sink or toilet!!! Called the front desk at 1:55 am we were told that maintenance would be right up. 3 calls and 2.5 hours later "Patrick" the night employee from the front desk showed up, he quickley made it clear to us how inconvenienced he was by our displeasure in the lack of water in our room. after verbal altercation with young man the only action that was taken by the hotel was Patrick calling the Bloomfield police claiming I assaulted him. After much discussion with the police Partick's story went from physical assault to "well I didn't like the way he talked to me when I went up to his room and I want them out of my hotel" fortunately for us the police officers could clearly see through this young mans childish behavior and quickly lost patients with him. Against their better judgment had to respect the request of this child's request to have my wife and I removed from the property. The officers expresses their displeasure with the situation and Patricks behavior/demeanor even making 3 trips to our car helping carry our things as the hotel refused to provide us with a bell cart. Victor the hotel manager showed up around 5am after calling him several times, he was very patient and polite for having been woken up at 4:30am. His only questions were "Patrick why didn't you just move them to another room" and "why did it take you 2.5 hours to adress this issue" Patrick replied stating it only took him 30min. I provided the police and Victor the hotel manager with my cell phone call log proving Patrick a liar.
Great staff, very clean!!
Nice room size. Deli cafe for breakfast. Reasonably priced stay. Prompt assistance with printing boarding passes and arrangements for airport transportation. (Patrick)
Small bathroom No mirror over the desk Somewhat stark entrance - first impression. We heard that it was closing and was bare-bones at this time.True?
coffee shop closes too early in holliday
Wi Fi - clean and spacious
Not a thing
The staff is outstanding. The front desk is really helpful and everyone is courteous and kind.
A larger fitness center would be nice. Very crowded in the morning.
No tv in my room
Great for the money and like the location.
The hotel location and value of money.
The level of service was poor. the room was not clean, the bed and pellows covers were dirty and not changed before our check in. The breakfast was quite poor. The service staff used to be angry for any complaint from our side. The were no facilities that would be found in other hotels (Deli, Gift shops, ...etc.)
The hotel appeared dark and dank. Not cheerful at all. Restaurant was closed and stank horrendously. Deli not open at 6 am for breakfast Wednesday morning. Your property needs up dating, I have been in the hotel industry for 34 years as a D.O.S. Bellman was kind and helpful.
Everything was comfortable!
Can't think of anything
Room was clean. Check in clerk was very nice.
View from the room...a brick retaining wall. Wifi not working. Controls for number comfort beds not working. Beds were set for "hard as a cement slab". Kids running in the hallways after midnight. Someone in room next door or above us was moving furniture or breaking it. In Detroit and could not get a tv channel to watch the Detroit Tigers play baseball. Overall, not a good night for sleeping.
The staff was great
Sleep number beds did not work. Restaurant was closed for remodeling. The temporary continental breakfast did not have any fruit or cold cereal. What was there was warm to cool temperature.
The staff was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The.hotel was in a great location. Close to everything we were doing.
The beds were horrible and leaked thru out the night. The air conditioning wasnt the best. We turned it down all the way down, and it never got below 75. The hotel in all needs to be updated.
The gentleman named Jesse, who showed us to our room and shuttled us to the Wabeek Country Club was wonderful.
everything was awsome just great
have nothing bad to say except maybe microwave in room ? :} mine didnt have one
Very good suite. Excellent sleep number bed.
Wrong room to start with. No breakfast. Not a great location.
Comfortable and clean.
• Loud leaves-blower under my window at 9:00 am. • cold air conditionning in my room when I came back in the evening, although it had turned it off when I left the room in the morning. What a waiste of energy ! It's been on for nothing the whole day. Multiply by the number of rooms and you get a whole bunch of dollars going up in smoke every day. Radison could at least ask their customer what they want to do with their ac.
The pool area
The rate and outside seating area were nice. Inside of hotel was clean and looked up to date.
Beds were hard and sleep number controls did not work on either bed. Horrible night sleep. Room was warm and AC would not kick on, only fan. Floor was wet outside the bathroom when we arrived.
Clean rooms, quiet at night
Everything was good. No complaints
