Close to where I had to be. Parking was good.
Dirty floors, old bedding,no working lights by bed. Nasty bathroom. Needs updating in the worst way! Couldn't use WiFi half the time. No clock are hairdryer.
The location was good, right in town next to the stores and restaurants.
The rooms are cheap and it seems as if the cleaning crew doesn't exist, the room was dirty, I used a whole can of lysol in that room. I had to clean the tub and the toilet, I slept with my clothes on because I didn't want to touch the bed, the lamp shads had dead bugs in the plastic and the lamp base was covered in dirt. I had to use the brush in my car to swrep the carpet. I'm not really too particular about where I stay but i will never stay here again, really unacceptable.
Quiet / Safe / Parking in Front of Room Door / Clean / Comfortable / Spacious / Great Owners / Great Rates / Close to everything Kingstree has to offer. While there, check out Browns BBQ, north on 52 about 2.5 miles, it's worth the short ride.
I travel for a living and this motel, the accommodations and it's owners were totally acceptable to me.
Close to Amtrak, clean, comfortable, quiet, plenty of room, good price and manager was hospitable and helpful.
Interior of room needed better lighting, one bedside lamp did not work.
The location was good, everything was nearby
We enjoyed our stay here especially because the staff was so helpful. Any request we made was quickly addressed. I would stay here again!
The location close to where I was going.
Deluxe Inn was very dirty there was bugs in the room. I had to go out and buy new sheets because it look like they had not been wash. The bath tub was dirty.
cheep, the air condition worked, dead bugs in the window and a live cricket in the toilet. bath room and shower were clean
beds and pillows a little hard, no coffee, no towel racks in or out of bath
No coffee. Not enough towels Refrigerator not cold
cockroaches in the room
Inoperable microwave which was not repaired or replaced when reported, no iron in room, no hand towels available; only wash cloths and bath towels
The stores was right across the street. Easy access to the stores in the area.
There was a man that was staying upstairs but he came downstairs next to my room to smoke his cigarettes while talking on his cell phone.
Front desk staff was friendly, helpful and prompt.
Loud, people hanging outside of their rooms. Sink looked like there was candle wax or something on it that had not been cleaned off.
The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and accommodating in loaning me a blow dryer. The cleaning lady let me use her cleaning supplies.
I did not feel safe there. The doors had been kicked in prior and the locks moved showing that such had happened along with the shoe marks . The outside lighting was poor. I bought linens BC I didn't trust the cleanliness of the bedding. I cleaned the rooms myself ( I switched rooms for safety reasons) as I expected the rooms to be clean-the furniture and amenities not to have writing on them. There wasn't any form of telephone communication. The wireless was locked when advertised that they had free wifi. I didn't like that I paid over $120 for 1.5 nights of substandard 'housing'.
The price and that the room was comfortable.
The plumbing needed a little work. The bathroom needed to be remodeled, due to rust around the shower head.
Had no working phone in my room and had roaches. Should have given my money back.
Close to where I was hunting. The employes were very friendly.
The towels were dirty, so we went to Walmart and bought towels and a comforter to put over the bed just in case. I would not stay here again.
There was some kind of bug crawling and a roach. When I walked in the room ,it had a stale odor. The linen was clean but had black ink like dots on the bottom sheet. The room need upgrading and I mean everything. I would never stay there unless it an absolute emergency. One other thing, the top covering had 3 cigarettes burns on it.
location is the only + for this hotel
the beds were not clean, there was bugs in the rooms and when you inform the staff they get upset. I would never stay there again
