Encantada - a CLC Worldwide Resort    

The unit was perfect for us: grandparents, daughter-in-law and granddaughter. Except for the carpeting on the stairs needing a cleaning, the unit was pristine. The kitchen was perfect for simple meals. The hot tub was a great touch! We all loved it. The pools were heated and very clean.The area was convenient to shopping and to entertainment. Very good restaurants close by.

Great location away from heavy resort traffic, new resort with nice design and recreation, good value for the money, easy access to Disney area. High end appliances, especially nice to have full kitchen, washer, dryer, etc plus hot tub.

Staff could not find my reservation...unless you book directly with the resort get your actual condo address! Couch was not very comfortable.

The Townhouse that we stayed in was brand new, it was very lovely and exactly what we needed to stay. Each unit either had it's own hot tub or pool. It was a very nice place to stay. The older kids had plenty to do with the game room, pool table, 2 pools and a hot tub, exercise room.

The location of the resort was very hard to find. The highway street sign off of highway 193 was turned so we couldn't find the street that we were looking for. Had to stop and ask for directions due to this sign being turned wrong. Once we got to the resort, it was night and it was hard to get through the gates. There was a jam at the entrance and once we got it to open, it was a rush for everyone to get through before the gates shut. Instructions should have been given to each renter on how to enter the gates before checking in. Once we got into our room, we had no cable for 2 days and the 2 tv's in the townhouse, weren't set up. I had to go through the setup phases before the tv's could be used once they got the cable on. We also bought tickets to disney and universal in the lobby thinking that it was probably going to save time and was a reputable company. We went to disney with no problems however universal was a different story. We went to go through the turnstiles and were told that our tickets had already been used and that we couldn't enter. I called the resort and was told that the company in the lobby was independent of them. They did give me a phone number to call and after 15 minutes was told that they got our ticket numbers mixed up with someone elses. Was told to go to guest services and have them reprint the ticket with 4 new numbers that they gave me. I waited in line to reach a guest services representative for 2 hours and was told that I'd have to have the company that I bought them from fax a letter to Universal stating what happened. I was so distraught. I finally got this straightened out however it was over 3 hours before we were allowed to enter the park. I would buy my tickets at the theme parks. You may have to wait in line for 30 minutes but it's better than 3 hours.

Wattling very long time when check in.

The accommodations were clean, spacious, and well appointed. The staff was professional and friendly. The location was close to major attractions and safe. The pool, hot tub and patio were an added bonus. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to come back again.

The bedding was uncomfortable. Requested a change in mattresses which the staff did immediately but the replacement was still a little uncomfortable.

The townhouse was nice. Lots of room. Was really nice to have a washer and dryer. The kitchen was equipped nicely. Close to all the Disney Parks- about 10-15 minutes.

The most disgusting part was, we were to have a hot tub, however it never worked. It would not heat up. That was one of the things that drew us to stay there. I litterally complained every day, they said they would come out and look at it, but never did fix the problem. Very dissappointing! They even claimed to have the pool guy check it out. Upon checkout, I told them again and the receptionist just shrugged her shoulders-"sorry". Would have been nice to have been compensated. The floors didn't seem to be vaccummed the best upon arrival.

The room was nice and was relatively close to most attractions. The pool was very nice and the place was gated and secure.

The cleaning service was terrible. I read they were supposed to come in on thursday for a friday to friday rental. They came in but only to set our bedroom alarm clock to wake us at 8:30am on friday morning (apparently to make sure we got out). They never tidied up or even left us toilet paper or anything else. When we were getting ready to leave they showed up at 9:45 am for a 10:00am check out. When we told her we were running about 10 minutes behind she called her supervisor who came by and literally stood on the sidewalk blocking us exiting and loading the car. She talked on her cell phone the entire time. It was very intimidating and unnecessary. We were out by 10:12. I can't believe the day before we were talking about purchasing a unit with the people by the pool and now I would never go back. We had our entire stay marred by this one incident.

Room is very large and nice, especial for the bathtub. The price for the room is not expensive.

Booking.com should tell the customer that there is an additional 90 dollar cleaning fee besides the normal fee.

It was like being at home away from home. It was private and comfortable.

The first night we had a visitor- cockroach. We wanted to extend our stay and they wanted to charge another $90 cleaning fee. I am not sure what the cleaning fee is for since you have to take out your own trash before you leave.

It was pretty much as the pictures on line showed itmtobe.

The carpet on stairway and bedrooms had many stains. It really needs to be shampooed. Also top of baseboards especially in bathroom corners had dark accumulations of dust and small spiders and webs.

I liked the facilities and townhomes. Very clean & nice, made me feel very comfortable.

The cleaning fee was a little steep for us to just stay 3 nights. Made it not seem like a really good deal for me and my family.

It was a great place for our family. Condo was beautiful, all new appliances and furniture. Super clean. We called the front office around 10 pm when we realized we did not have enough blankets and they came right away with extra pillows, blankets, etc. Also, we loved having the Jacuzzi on the screen porch. Margie from the front desk was wonderful, and also all the staff. We are definitely going back this summer.

Maybe the location, kind of far from the attractions.

As you live in a two-storey townhouse,completely equipped with everything you may need during your stay,the very best thing for me is that you feel really at home!You don't have to worry about anything- all you need for housing is available in the townhouse! The second thing I like is proximity to shops,pharmacies,Theme Parks,and other places of interests,but at the same time you live away from the noise in a quite comfortable place.So you may relax and have a good sleep. The third thing I like is very easy and fast check-in and check-out procedure:friendly staff welcomes you,gives you necessary information- how to get to your house and wishes happy stay,when you are leaving-they just ask you how did you like the stay and wish you a happy jorney(chek- out took me only 2 minutes) All my family was happy!

I didn't like I couldn't extend my stay more for 1 day -they were sold out
