Accommodating when needing to change rooms

A few roaches

The room was too small and the king size bed too high for my 3 year old to climb....so they transferred us to another room which was much nicer with two queen beds.

Nice place for a very nice price. I appreciate the adjoining rooms we got. Rooms were simple and clean: perfect for a simple stay and a good night's rest. For this price I was amazed that (a real simple) breakfast was included.

To be honest not much. The front desk staff was friendly.

We had booked the hotel on line. As soon as we saw it, we were very disappointed. It was old, smelled old/musty. Didn't like the bed (squeeked constantly), pillows, air conditioner rattled etc. we reallynonly stayed so we would not be charged (because we hadn't cancelled in advance). The morning breakfast was brutal- it was basically one of the rooms converted over to be used as an eating area. It was congested, hot and uncomfortable. We entered, looked around and immediately left. The hotel shuttle to Universal Studios was bad beyond belief. Old rickety bus... The driver ignored the passengers and spoke on his cell phone throughout most of the trip- the bus trip was a milk run with the bus stopping at approx 10 other motels for pickups before finally heading for Universal (staff at the hotel never warned us this would happen). What should have been a 20 minute ride was in excess of an hour and a half- on the return trip we paid for a taxi rather then put ourselves through the ordeal again. It was probably the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. We will not be back.

We check on price before we got there 39.00 pull up on line at desh with our computer...3900 They charge me 59.00 something wrong there and hate to look for a place to stay...might use again

the hotel was clean, close to the parks and to old town. it was in the right area for us.

Was sufficient for our needs..had enough room for 5 people. Even the day after a huge storm you couldnt tell. The pool was clean and the parking lot was clear. You can tell the employees take alot of pride in working there.

Bring your own pots and pans. There is no microwave but a full size oven with burners.

The rooms were very tiny and the carpets were extremely dirty. Also the breakfast was toast and bannanas..I think they could have done better than that!

Convenient location for Disney etc. Near to shops and restaurants, older style motel, seems to be used by a lot of workers & business people. Good facilities in room, breakfast adequate but nothing special. Good on site parking, right on main road and a little noisy. Good value,

Very good value for money, the room was a lot nicer than I expected. The free shuttle to the themeparks was very useful for us. The pool and lake are very pretty.

The breakfast room was quite small. The woman trying to see park tickets was annoying.

it was a suite, theyre were to knifes,4 forks,a coupl e of spoons,it was supposed to sleep six ,it was non smokeing , burns on cabinet,burns on tele, burns on bed covers and television, it was vacumed twice in a fortnight after asking, floors half washed once, bought own cleaning materials bleach, etc dish brush no dish towels, at pool area kids jumping in and jacuzzi screaming shouting six or seven assorted beds mostly broken and a doz chairs to share among at any one time thirty to three doz people, folk came down looked and turned away again, all in all pretty poor..breakfast included it was like feeding time at the zoo, again not enough room or space,its a wonder no-ones been scalded and everything is dated and old or broken, everywhere.........couldnt find games room.......

Close to attraction we were visiting that evening. Basically, a clean room but was not ready when we were supposed to check in. Had to wait and we had tickets to attraction for a certain time so there was a time- crunch involved. Gal @ desk, when we checked in, was very friendly. Surprised to get $10 key refund when I returned key-cards!

Even though room/linens/towels were clean, my daughter made the mistake of walking around the room in her bare feet. My husband did the same, in his white socks. The carpet was filthy from the looks of her feet & his socks! I wore flip-flops. Now that I know lay-oiut of hotel, would get room facing pool area which looked very inviting.

The suite with two bathrooms and a full kitchen was great with two adults and two teenagers in the room. The bathrooms were very clean, and the housekeeping staff very friendly. the location was convienient to restaurants, shopping, and Disney and Universal theme parks.

There was no microwave in the room - one was available by the front desk. Under the beds was dirty

Cheap. Friendly staff. Nice looking pool, but only saw from a distance. Staff seemed appreciative when I told them about ants and grease.

Very narrow stairway to second floor, broken parking lot pavement, dark room, worn furniture, overlarge furnirure makes room look tiny, tiny ants in bathroom and greasy, oil-like spots in bathtub. Room 246. Very 70s look overall...

The area for the breakfast was not large enough. The outside concrete trim of building needs repair.

Bathroom fan and a/c very loud , kept us awake/A/c didn't work well.Lots of parking lot noise

Older facility, due for some upgrades

I like the staff and they were very friendly. It was in a convenient location.

Our room was invested with bed bugs and we were bitten very badly. We itched for days and still have rashes all over our body. You gave us another room with a broken toilet and electrical sockets than did not work
