all i needed was a bed and a shower.everything was ok.
Breakfast had molded jelly and the waffle maker didn't work fully. Room was not clean. Had leftover residue. Smell was bad.
Tubs & tile patched & painted, toilets filthy even the bowl water is brown ...mold in the bathroom, beds sunken in, bugs, need new carpet....had to get my money back ...someone is taking kick backs and passing this hotel on inspection ....so sad druggies & dealers everywhere ....
Price Room size with couch, table, microwave and fridge Free Coninental breakfast
Bathtub needs replacement Blow dryer didn't work Noise from adjacent rooms, highway and early leaving guests loud despite ear plugs
My friend was meeting me for her bachelorette party she arrived early and was not only denied use of a bathroom, the lady was incredibly rude to her and while sitting in her car she was solicited for sex EIGHT times! It's in a terrible neighborhood, while sitting at the gas station down the road (trying to find another hotel) I saw two men walking down the road with guns. We didn't eve stay there, the cheap price was not worth my safety.
The cleaning staff were very helpful and pleasant to talk to.
The rooms need to be upgraded!!! The tile in the bathroom was loose. The hot water went in and out. There are no elevators.
1st floor unit.
phone in room did not work!
The room was nasty people's doing drugs outside
It was very clean. And very quiet.
A little outdated.
It was a nice place. The desk clerk was very helpful. We stayed for about 8 hours. I would probably stay for another quick trip. Can't complain about the price.
Room could use some TLC. It's definitely an older building that needs repairs.
I liked the price and it was clean. We stayed at a knights inn in Fayetteville nc before. This one was miles better and way less crowded with riff raff.
The tv was out dated so we couldn't hook up the Xbox one.The Windows need to be sound proofed because you could hear everything outside of it. A girl running down the walk way in flip flops. Someone honking their car horn. Airplanes landing at the nearby airport. Not all night thank God but before 11pm and early in the morning back to back.
Proximity to Bank of America Stadium
Price is good house keeping is great
Bathroom needs updated..it's in the flight path of landing planes can be a Lil noisy
Staff. Great location for plane spotting!
Wi-Fi only worked half of the time. Water pressure was bad, had to flush toilet 2-3 times to finish job. Rough neighborhood.
Can't complain. You get what you pay for.
Th manager runs your credit card the day before your arrival that's considered stealing. Then if you are black he wants to give you a room on the backside of the hotel and only other races get rooms on the front side
I got a fair night sleep.
The bathroom spickett was loose and comming apart. The hotel seemed to be in a bad area, and with no security fencing. The accesses to upstairs were far apart. The accesses to the stairways aren't safe, for foot traffic, or physical safety; inviting a mugging. When I informed the management about the problems, the morning I left, they just seemed to write notes on a piece of scratch paper verses a trouble log.
The room is large and the staff is friendly.
There was no hot water at night. The WIFI got disconnected.
Great value for our budget. The staff are very accommodating and friendly.
I liked the fact that it was right off interstate 85- it was close to downtown and when you don't know an area you want to be close to the interstate to get you where you need to go.
I didn't like the breakfast- I feel it should've had some muffins, fruit and danish- not just cereal- waffles were okay
Wi-Fi was dependable. Location was close to downtown. It was quiet. It was clean.
Property was run down and dingy. Ceiling in my room looked liked it was going to fall in...large crack. Continental breakfast was meager...one muffin. No fruit, no coffee, no butter or jelly for toast.
Good wifi. Close to the airport. It's an okay place if you just need a place to catch some zzzz's before a flight out.
I did not feel safe here. I actually looked up the local police # and had it on my phone just in case. Not really the hotel's fault... just the type of clientele that was hanging out there..
The location to the airport.
We had reservations, showed up around 10:30pm, the clerk acted like he didn't know about the reservation. The power to the A/C and bathroom & vanity area went out around midnight. We tried to sleep through it but it was too hot. Decided to leave around 3am. I told the clerk we wanted our money back & said he couldn't do that because the power was down. This place did not look recently updated in any way, the room smelled of stale cigarette smoke, the bathroom was dirty & disgusting, & there were dead bugs in the dresser drawers.
The Hotel is near to the airport, and the Speedway. If you need it only by rest and sleep you dont have problems.
I book in not smooking room. when I arrive only was available smooking room. It was terrible. I dont smoke.
