Sheet where clean, bed comfortable. No real breakfast, coffee, no milk, packaged sweet buns only, a choice of three, nothing low sugar for a diabetic. Oatmeal & Tea, water cold for tea water, burner was off or not working, had to heat it in microwave. Juice machine broken out of order sign. Was low budget motel

I asked for a non smoking room, it smelled like smoke and you could tell it was a smoking room. It had burns everywhere on the bedspread, in the carpet, and on the sink. When we checked in they were not friendly. The ice machine didn't work. We came for a visit to my brother in the hospital. And wasn't going to be in the room long. So we decided just to clean and spray the room instead of complaining. My husband feels it wouldn't have been a good idea.

Spacious room. Excellent reception on tv. Quiet. Both armchairs in the room had broken arms where the arm attaches to seat. Both armchairs were wobbly. No alarm clock radio in room (as advertised). No juice at breakfast (as advertised in office). Mattress felt like it had a rut in it like it had been used for many years.
