Staff were nice.
First time seeing live bed bugs. Manager was rude.
Too far from casino.. Phone didn't work in room..the towels was dirty..the was hardly any hot water
That the staff tried their best to help us as much as they could..even if the place was horrible
After 3 rooms later we finally got one, our first room bathroom didn't flush, second room could not get in and our third one there was no microwave, fridge, tv didn't work at all, and the middle of the tub was cracked by then we were to tired of complaing we just went right to bed. .not even a discount we got but only we apologize but its not the staff fault so i can't blame them....
Clean room, nothing else to like about it.
The building is dated and in need of repair. The AC units in disrepair and a rusty smell in the air provided from the unit in our room. Two of the four lights in the room were not functional. There was no TV Remote and the toilet completely filled the bowl when flushing and took almost 20 minutes to flush completely and that was with liquid waste only giving us fear to deposit solid waste. We called the front desk to be told they did not have another room to relocate us and that the maintenance had gone and would not return until 7:30am the next day. Breakfast was not available until 7am yet most people need to be up and about before then so not able to partake in that amenity. Overall this was a poor choice for us to stay there and not worth the money.
For the price this place was satisfactory I only needed to stay one night the room was clean although the decor was outdated it served the purpose.
The hallways smell like old carpet and cigarette smoke.
The quality of the hotel we had to buy cleaning products to clean off the piss stains!!!! Off the toliet seats. And the room was stinking with smoke when we asked for a non smoking room
Less than 10 mins from casinos. McDonald's 1 block away. Free shuttle bus. Frig in room.
Wi-Fi problems and only toast cereal and muffins for breakfast.
Want 2 cancel after reading reviews from other guests, glad I didn't. Excellent staff, good location, great value (keep in mind that this is a motel not a 5 star hotel)
Location is perfect for the seafood festival & AC triathlon
Shady people hanging around outside our room 3 Vending machines werent turned on, working Shower was backwards, got scolded
No real breakfast like advertised on the given hpur. I had to go out. also reconstruction was being done in which dry inconsiderate at the time
No working alarm clock or hair dryer in room. Alarm clock was completley missing from room.
Really early check in Prise I payed - was at least 50% cheaper than anything else within walking distance to the Boardwalk Good staff Breakfast on Saturday which was not mentioned in my booking I didn't use TV and conditioner but everything else in the room was working fine There was shampoo as well as soap in the bathroom
I was really scared to go to this hotel after I had read review. Well, it's not that bad and for this price I might stay there again but.. I took my sheets and towel and was glad that I did There is burned smell in the room Locks on the door look a bit unreliable It is a real problem to find where to charge a phone in the room - there are few outlets there Location is not exactly dangerous (at least there is traffic as you go to the beach) but it doesn't feel safe outside at night if you are alone. And it is 40 min to everything on Boardwalk
It was a peaceful place and I enjoyed the stay I would stay again. Everyone was friendly.
Continental breakfast very poor Facilities need major renovation everything is kinda runned down Pool water freezing-no towels. Light fixtures in room didn't work Upon arrival out room was at least 102F temperature. AC does not work to really cool the room down. For $230 very expensive. Do not recommend.
The room that my sister and I stayed was clean a non smoking room with 2 beds, we were there for labor day weekend. The woman at the front desk was very nice we kept having a problem with our room key so of course we had to bother her each time to reprogram the key and she kept doing it with a big smile on her face.
It was quite and not far from the beach
We asked the lady to clean our room after we left for the day and she never did we had to go to the counter and request clean towels. The battery died on the door and we had to ask every time we wanted to go back into our room which the staff made us feel it was a inconvenience which they should've just fixed it... There were bugs in the room killed about 3 spiders
There was no cable not as much outlets,Well I couldn't find them if there was any.The blow dryer didn't work the shower didn't feel as safe. The floor didn't feel like it has been clean. The checking in was a mess there should be more then one person at the front desk.
I really liked the location of this motel, It wasn't right in side of the city so it was not loud at night, made it nice for sleeping, but it was also close enough to walk in to town to go to the Casinos and different restaurants.
I didn't like the fact that I had booked a king size room and received a double room, not a big issue though I didn't feel the need to complain.
We only had to send 1 night.
1.The room smelled of mold 2.The curtains were ripped and falling off the rod 3.The chair was ripped up 4.The wall paper was slit and buckling in several spots 5.The bathroom light did not work at all. And they wanted us to wait for an hour while they changed the filament. Not just a bulb issue. 6.The hair dryer was missing 7.The male desk clerk was rude, when we asked for a new room. He refused to move us, when I asked, and my husband had to go back and insist they move us. 8.Glass beer bottles were found next to our car in the morning 9.The people in the room above were walking and dropping things all night. 10. Cancellation is not acceptable when conditions are this poor.
The bed was comfortable
The bath room the chipped toilet seat there was a oder in the room the parking lot had garbage in front . I clog the toilet had to go to the front desk the clerk gave me a plunger. Last but not lease the money I paid for to rooms
-Roaches -dirty room -maid did not speak English -Broken tiles inside of pool- Daughter had her foot cut on it. -Charged more money than agreed - Rude Manager - Keys did not work
