What stands out the most from everything would have to be the LARGE rooms taylored to my needs. Didnt expect to have such a large room. had everything i needed, Refrig, microwave, normal things in most motels accented with marble floors and countertops.
Now why would that put bathtub thats designed for someone who is only 4 ft tall. i am 6'2'' and could not believe tha bathtub. something that most people usually retire to their room and look forward to getting in and relaxing, thats if you dont mind sitting there with yours knees against your chin. they could have spent a little more money on the breakfast as well, mini doughnuts and prepackeaged cinnamon rolls. lame.
I can walk to downtown and restaurants easily from this hotel. Clean, simple lodging.
It's sure not pretty. I joke with my guy friends that we would never take our families here but for a guys trip, it works!
The rooms were filthy, hair all over the pillows and sheets. Had to request clean sheets late at night after a very long travel day. "Weekly rate" customers were hanging out drinking and smoking on the balcony very late at night, being loud. The walls and doors were paper thin. Beds uncomfortable. Overall a bad experience.
Stuff was missing from my room poor management... Its a hole in a wall...dirty...not recommended... The female manager very rude...
Had a place to stay and i got a great deal.
a fair to good value - refrig and micro available. They're limited so call for them in advance. Right at the university.
circuit breakers occasionally popped, but they got them on fairly quickly. The motel is old and a little musty, but inexpensive. Depends on what's important to you.
it was across the street for convention center.
No early check in, could not find iron for business cloths, poor breakfast choices, did not clean room one day even when asked and told them everyday house keeping.
Nice staff, clean room, lots of towels.
Breakfast located in reception and has the basics, but won't keep you going all morning. I was moved to another room on my second day, so I had to take all my stuff with me and 're-enter'.
Good location for various things to see. Clean rooms.
Breakfast only until 9
The location was great. That is all.
I waiting in the lobby more than once for elongated periods of time without help. Checkout involved leaving my key on the counter, I never got a receipt. The ice machine required money to work. The light switch controlled all the outlets, so in order to charge my phone overnight, I had to unplug the lights. The AC units plugged in outside, so anyone could unplug the unit at any time.... do I need to continue? If I was an actual Knight, I would have been pissed!
Location was what we wanted
Over priced, wifi barely worked, crt tv that didn't work, phone did not work, continental "breakfast" was gone when we got down to the office (and was cereal and mini-donuts, apprently). Cigarette burns in blankets, comforters (non-smoking room). Stay at the motel 6, it's nicer and cheaper
The location was good for the price
Staff was rude. The breakfast was subpar.
Location in Flagstaff.
No shampoo just bar soap. Noisey room with rail and street traffic.
Not a lot . The Window was so dirty I could hardly see out
Overpriced, considering they don't supply breakfast. Had to pay for ice. Ok 25 cents isn't a lot but it emphasized the style and thoughts of the management
If one books online with Booking.com the price is the best and it translated to Knights Inn instantly. There were others in the lobby when we arrived who had booked on another site and were waiting around for over an hour for their confirmation to show up. The rooms were very clean and the beds were surprizingly comfortable. The staff was friendly and very accommodating.
Rooms are definitely more expensive if you don't book online. No exceptions. The furniture was older but adequate. I don't remember ever seeing a breakfast buffet w worse food.
Close and convenient to NAU campus
Neighbor had tv extremely until approximately 3 AM. Called and asked for management to rectify and nothing was done.
Close to major highways, right in the city, yet very little street noise. I like that the rooms had a microwave and mini fridge, but they made the small room even more cramped.
We also had trouble finding the entrance; but once we figured it out, we found it very accessible. The rooms are clean, but the bedspreads had holes in them. My biggest beef was the "breakfast"; only toast and mini donuts.
Location. Good staff. Great price. Good value.
Breakfast was poor, not worth mentioning that it was included.
good place, good city, room clean. microwave clean an usefull. it is good for short stops.
The owners/managers and staff were very accommodating and friendly and very responsive. The room was especially clean. The hotel was conviently located and a great bargain.
The location was difficult to navigate at first.
Friendly staff, free and spacious parking place , clean room.
Breakfast were only coffee and some cakes, but it's bad only if you like to eat in the morning. Fan and TV didn't work.
The location was walking distance from good bars and restaurants.
The staff is completely inept. The hotel itself is best described as flea bag. I'm surprised they do not offer hourly rates. I was only moments away from shooting a group of several drug addicts who thought I was a mark. Everything was dirty, the room has an odor. The rooms are tiny, the smoke detector was disassembled. The ice machine took quarters only, there was no ice bucket. The convenience store across the street was more hospitable. There was a "couple" having sex three rooms down and upstairs, but they sounded like they were in the room with us. The tv was from 92. Basically everything about this hotel is garbage. I never thought I could find a place so bad in Flagstaff.
Clean room, comfortable bed
No refrigerator or microwave in the room as advertised; small room with no table except a nightstand; reception didn't give me a receipt until I asked for one; breakfast was small doughnuts and slices of bread
Was clean, liked having a fridge and microwave, good location
Had to pay to get ice out of the ice machine
