When I called to confirm the employee would answer the phone "hello" or twice another one answered the phone saying "travel lodge". I wasn't believing that I actually had a reservation because they were difficult to understand and they never answered the phone "knights inn". Plus their "free breakfast" was sliced of bread to toast and knock-off powdered donnettes that tasted old. The showers were actually painful. Plus they ran out of coffee to have to brew in your room. You must pay quarters if you want ice from the ice machine.

I opted for non-smoking room and they provided smoking one saying that non-smoking room not available. Room was so stinking I had to use air fresher for 2-3 times. Internet was not working. When I asked they told me to go to Days Inn hotel which is also owned by them. It was very inconvenient in that cold weather to go somewhere else and I had to live without it. They did not say SORRY for a single time which I think a common courtesy towards customer. In all just a lower price which is only advantage.

Location, availability, price.

The staff gives you the wrong price when you arrive; they claim that it is the tax and service, but overcharge by about 20%. I happen to be good at math, they aren't. Check the price!

I paid an extra $10 to stay here, compared to the other cheap motels in Flagstaff, because of the "breakfast included". The "breakfast" was actually just room temperature milk, fruit loops, frosted flakes, tiny flavorless doughnuts, and watered down orange juice and apple juice. There was coffee, but I don't drink coffee. Worst "breakfast" I've ever had in my entire life. I should have stayed at a cheaper motel, and just gone to a restaurant in the morning and had a real breakfast- one that didn't make me feel sick afterwards from all the gross sugars. The room had burn marks in the carpet, the toilet was running all the time, there was no fan in bathroom- just a window where lots of people were walking by. The food-in-bed tray thing had 4 straps and 2 were broken, which made it impossible to use. It also had a sharp edge where a screw was broken, so I didn't dare move it. The mini-fridge made loud humming noises, so I turned it off overnight so I could sleep. I could feel the springs in the bed poking me- it was worse than a cheap hostel dorm mattress. When I unplugged the fridge, I noticed 15 cords were haphazardly plugged into 2 outlets, a MAJOR fire hazard. Even the TV was difficult to see, as it was angled up and impossible to adjust. When I asked the hotel owner lady to call for a taxi in the morning, she gave me an angry look and slowly walked over to the phone. Oh, and when I first got there at night, they had no record of my reservation that I had payed for, so I had to pay a second time. When I got home, I called my credit card company to cancel the first charge. Worst experience I've ever had at any motel in my life.

Clean room

Was booked at $42.00 and paid $51.00. 10pm booking in and 6:30 am leaving, I didn't want to argue about a few dollars

Very friendly and competent lady from Bombay at the reception. Closely situated to the city center of Flagstaff which is unexpectedly quite nice with a couple of good restaurants (especially one at Heritage Plaza) and has a relaxed atmosphere in the streets. Rooms were clean and adequate (hey, it's cheap).

Lousy breakfast, just donuts and vending-machine coffee, but that's what you get in a motel, I guess.

Walking distance to OLd Downtown

Difficult to enter and exit from certain directions. Its on an intersection with central reservations that make it hard to approach. Had to drive round the block and enter from the opposite direction. Breakfast tended to run out of certain items unless you got there early. However for the price and location, it was good.

It was close to the historical centre of Flagstaff and restaurants close by.

No computer access , we arrive 12 midnight & confirm our reservation but she keep asking for the price we payed .Not approachable & not friendly.

Chetna was a pleasure to deal with. She is charming and professional. The rooms are small, but they were perfectly clean with new facilities and accoutrements, overall, very comfortable.

Several times during my stay there were groups of men hanging out in the parking area which caused me some concern, however there was never any trouble.

Continental breakfast was packaged donuts/honey buns and white bread toast with no butter/margarine - maybe add bagels with cream cheese, fruit?

Knights Inn advertised the rooms had a microwave, fridge and continental breakfast and none of these were offered or available. When I checked in I asked for a detailed receipt and was told I would get one at check out. When I went to check out the same person told me that it is a small hotel and they do not have a way to print a detailed receipt. I filed a report to the better business bureau the people that run this establishment are very dishonest and not all that friedly. Qouted 79.95 Paid 108.90

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. WLAN ist sehr schnell und das Zimmer war sauber. Kühlschrank im Zimmer, so dass man sich ein paar Corona auf Lager legen kann. TV mit vielen Kanälen, wenn man Abends noch ne Zapping Round machen möchte. Direkt neben dem Hotel ist eine Tanke und die Route 66. In Flagstaff gibt es jederzeit eine Parkmöglichkeit, so dass man nicht nach Downtown laufen muss.

Naja das Frühstück braucht man nicht wirklich mitnehmen, Außer Black Hot Water und ein Toast mit etwas Süßen gibt es nicht weiter. Guten Kaffee bekommt man bei Starbucks und ein gutes Breakfast an jeder zweiten Ecke für ein paar Dollar.
