The price was great!
Bathroom sink had a bad leak under it.
I would strive to not have my office area not smell like cat urine to promote a better first impression.
noting, not a good place to stay for vacation. we checked in and canceled our next day stay.
everything, we did not feel safe at this location.
price, fridge microwave, free breakfast, ability to park towing rig
ice machine didnt work, room numbering system confusion,
Terrible from start to finish. Feared for our safety. Should have researched this before trusting booking. It wasn't even the right picture of this hotel on this site.
Facility and staff were fine.
Drunk people cursing me in the parking lot. Drunk kids on the second floor balcony. Thumpers in their cars in the parking lot. Wondering when gun shots were going to ring out.
I didn't like anything here bad neighborhoodvery bad feeling when I pulled up in front
you name it I didn't like it I would never stay here.
Price was right. It did look as if they were attempting to update rooms.
Neighborhood was questionable. Breakfast was practically non-existent.
The room itself was clean Water was hot Good working air conditioner Fair price
Being on the second floor, no easy way to get case up without help! Outside parking and staircase to the second floor in very bad condition. Entrance to the Office not very welcoming in its appearance... young lady not very pleasant as she had no answer for me as to how I was to get my case up the stairs..... With all that .... I decided not to have breakfast there the next morning.
was not told when checking in that the Continental Breakfast ended at 9am, went down at 9:10am and they were very rude about it! "we put it away at 9" no "sorry for the inconvenience" U work in room service, I would have offered to get the guest something!! Then we went to the room, kind if scary looking actually, there was a big hole in the bathroom door, and some red stuff on the wall that looked like blood!! Absolutely horrible!! We couldnt (and wouldnt) take a shower, it was nasty!!!
Watch a staff member look into a window of a room & then go into aroom with a do not disturb sign on the door. I did not feel comfortable about that,so when I left my room, I put a piece of paper in my door so that I knew if they came into my room.*It stated breakfast with the room price but place or information about where to go etc. I stay there for 7 days. * Pillows were so flat, I had to use all 3 pillows to equal 1 pillow. Glad my husband did not come or one of us would not have a pillow. * I had to go to the office twice because my room key did not work. This location is not in a good area! If I would have known the area I would not have rented the room, but when I got there they charged my room for the full seven days the night I checked. If they would not have done that I would have looked for another place to stay! **I would never never stay there again.
It was clean and had the amenities in the room that i needed.
I am not from the area and it seemed to be in a not-so-good area. I parked near the street under light as i was concerned about parking at the back near my room.
There was not free breakfast that was promised in the price, but that was booking.com's error. It was relatively nut very clean. Not what I pictured, but sufficed. But great location.
It was close to where i went, so it didn't take me long time to get there
Noise in the hallway Towels were ripped The toilet was leaking after flushing. So there was some toilet water on the bathroom floor. It was suppose to be a non smoking room but you could smell cigarette in the room the whole night and the time there.
Breakfast was included but next morning when we went to have breakfast they say there were not offering breakfast anymore. Booking and the hotel should fix it. Disappointing.
The toilets seats is old
It was cheap
Kids partying all nite slamming doors and yelling.
Nothing . Have stayed at Knights Inns peroidodily for past 23 years in my business . Bath tub had black mild and soap scum build up under soap tray . Vent fan was supported with tissue or toilet paper . Heat light in ceiling had no cover . Looked like a tin can with bulb inside it . Advertised Four HBO channels , no they didnot ! Parking lot a sheet of ice . Said snow removal company truck had problems ! I fell on black in front of my room #116 .really messed right shoulder . It took over one hour to get my pickup and trailer out of parking lot . The only positive thing was Mat , their mantainance man .
See above ! Billy Carr
