Smell of urine. Stained linens.
The bed was comforable despite the fact it looked pretty worn. The carpet & drapes looked newer.
Pretty much everything.
We understood from the pictures and what we were told when booking, that there was a whirlpool in the room, which was not, We had no room service available, We stayed an extra night Our room was not cleaned for the next day, we ran out of towels, but were able to get replacements at desk.We were very concerned about many migrant workers hanging around in & outside at all times, We feel we didn't get our moneys worth with a smaller than expected room which soon ran out of kleenex & toilet paper, No one ever at desk, had to ring a bell & wait for someone to show up .In all we were very unhappy with most everything!
Traffic noise and train tracks very close to the hotel, very noisy. Bathroom was cramped, beds were very hard and pillows near lifeless.
Linens were clean and bed made nicely. Nicely located next to McDonalds in a safe location. Got the room through website at a lower cost.
Freight train sounded like it was right outside the window in the middle of the night...dirty tub under the bathtub mat....very thin washcloth...decor could stand some updating...staff not very knowledgeable at check-in.
