it was clean, rooms in the back were not bothered by the weekend entertainment
stated they had free wifi but it was only accessible from the lobby wasn't sending a young teen to the lobby besides the fact that every seat was taken
Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.
Breakfast, fan in bathroom to loud. Was on outside corridor of building. Did not like the plexiglass wall.
Staff was friendly and the facility looked like it had once been designed with some sense of style. Although it was dark when I arrived I could see the attempts at making it look upscale.
The hotel was dirty...everywhere. The lot was also poorly lit with dark corners & areas where someone could be confronted. There even seemed possible concerns for safety with questionable persons hanging around. And the room was shabby & dirty. I was exhausted so I slept in my clothes.
the location is good and it is easy to find
I booked two king room and I did not get it instead I got rooms with double beds
I hated this hotel the instant I saw the room. We had booked a non-smoking room, and the whole place smelled like cigarettes. We had also booked a room with 2 beds, but there was only one. The bed looked okay at first, but then it creaked at every little movement. The carpet was wet and stank around the bed, and there was no mirror in the bathroom. Then, when we tried to sleep, there was music so loud it sounded like it was just next door. I would not recommend this place at all.
Front reception was extremely distant and dismissive, gave us a "non- smoking" room that reeked of cigarette smoke, and on top of that the bathroom door was broken and would not close. Given the temperament of front receptionist, we were almost afraid to express our complaints. Morning breakfast was straight out of hunger games; food, when it did appear, went to the biggest and strongest, and disappeared quickly. Had to ask for a replacement roll of toilet paper on the first night. A fire alarm caused all patrons to be stuck outside of their rooms until after mid-night, which was obviously not helpful for early risers. Wifi was advertised as being free in all rooms, but did not work, the pool was closed for some mysterious reason, and we were downgraded from a queen to a double room, without any compensation offered, when we expressed concerns about the stench in the first "non-smoking" room. Absolutley no compensation offered to patrons for the many inconveniences, downgrades, or missing advertised hotel amenities. All-in- all, stay away from this place, if at all possible. Believe the reviews.
after my stay I needed my receipt sent. The owner was very helpful and kind about taking care of what I needed
the pictures on the website are very very old. The place was scary, it was very antiquated, everything was old, the restaurant was closed, the service was slow to check in,
The staff were very nice. The complementary breakfast was pretty good. It would have been better if they had fresh fruit.
The sign outside said "pool open" but no one was swimming in it when we arrived. I called the front desk to see if it was open and was left on hold for a long time. I was finally told it was being cleaned. The next morning I was left on hold again and hung up in frustration. When we were checking out we were told the pool was open. It was a little late for that news.
The staff was excellent
Too noisy, on the poolside. Hard to go asleep when people are congregating outside your room late nite.
close to college
room needs updating, had to walk upstairs with luggage, found a mans shoe in room, bathroom door broken, pool was closed for cleaning for 2 days, no micro in room just fridge. smelled very musty and old
Bathtub did not go down hotel staff dirty and maintenance did not return when asked to fix bathtub
the location is good
It was dirty it needs to be cleaner it looks creepy There weren't many breakfast options the breakfast was cold stale and tasted nasty
God value for the area.
Breakfast was tolerable at best, being cold at 7 am.
missmatch between what order at booking site to what recived. at the site it was 2 room connected. in reality - only one room... dissappoment which was regard as probelm of the hotel but as my own problem.
The room was simple but comfortable. The orange juice and coffee were good.
There was no one at the desk when I arrived. No one answered the phone or the bell. I went to the restaurant and found the desk clerk at the bar. Not a great beginning. After undressing and getting ready for bed there was a fire drill and all guests had to wait outdoors until the firemen viewed each room. There was no fire just a short in the alarm system. It was not possible to take a bath as there was no stopper for the tub. The breakfast was horrible. Cold eggs, cold pancakes, only the ends of bread for toast, no bacon or wafflemaker.
We were traveling on Motorcycles. The clerk let us park in the interior courtyard 10' from our rooms. Very biker friendly.
Close to airport and you could hear the planes taking off/landing.
Good location. Employees friendly .Decent nightly charges
Musty smell coudnt get rid of. Killed quite a few of those pincher bugs . Bathroom s need to be updated. Breakfast needsmore options
The 4:00 pm Staff was Courteous
Everything Else... The room smelled. There was Blueberries on the chair, was supposed to be a No Smoking Room but there were burn holes on the Chair and Burn marks on the tub. There was only 1 little Ketchup type thing for Shampoo, The Front desk gave me more, there was a Dirty towel hanging on the back of the door... For the $92.00 I paid I should have gone across the road to the Howard Johnson'S.. Never again... The morning Shift was not as nice I went for breakfast and had to listen to Spanish tv (it would have been nice if it was lower) when I left and complained to the Front desk all she could say is oh I'm sorry... If I didn't have an appt. I would have been looking for a manager.. This was the most awful Experience I have had with a Hotel ever!!!
Once upon a time this was a nice roadside Holiday Inn. All the old fixtures are there, but in a very poor state. Someone interested in historic motel architecture and furnishings might enjoy the archaeological experience.
The bathroom area was infested with small bugs. I could not believe I was paying 80 dollars to sleep in a big infested room. The pool area was dirty. The breakfast was meager and also didn't look clean.
Very Rude staff run down rooms. Dirty rooms
