Nothing, it was dirty and I had a terrible experience.
Everything, it was a horrible experience.
Nothin at all
The manager has a really bad attitude, rude I asked to see the room before I payed but she said no now I see why.. I rather sleep outside with the homeless then to waste my money there! Bug heaven. Even moved rooms cuz the bugs the other room was the same. Stayed up with lights try to sleep. The fake bar been closed for 2years they need to take it off there booking.com- the mex looking manager botch better not ever come fm behind that nite window I'm gone bet her Azz she only gave us one room key. When I asked for another one she gave me a really hard Tyme after gettin off fm work at 4am... Mark my words dont ever n a million years go there.. They should just turn it into a free place for the homeless!!!!
MARY AND KIMBIR ARE THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK ATTENDEES FRIENDLYANDVERYPLEASANT
THE ROOMCOULD'VE BEEN CLEANER..
Location to store and interstate
The bed was very old. The underlining of the matress was hanging down. The sheets had holes in them. The room smelled moldy. The hotel was relatively empty but we were placed in the back of the hotel in the second floor when there were clearly closer rooms on the first floor empty. No coffee pot although I believe it was advertised that there would be. Just a very low budget room in every way.
Yes, non smoking rooms look good. On booking. com the price was $44 for 1 night!!!! NO BUGS!
Smoking room had cigarettes burn on the sheets and spill stains on the carpet.
I thought everything was clean, staff was friendly and efficient. Really enjoyed my stay.
The location made travelling around St. Pete easy. Easy on/off access to interstate. Big fridge and microwave in room.
Only 2 towels per room, had to go each day to get more towels. No tissues. Housekeeping came early, didn't return one day.
Room smells dank, if I was not so tired would have trouble sleeping. Near sink and bathroom smelled like urine (maybe in carpet). All electrical outlets near beds were taken - found an extension cord under AC unit and was literally shocked when I tried to plug to it.
it was nasty this is a motel on the side of the road it was badddddd

Rest room was the nicest part of our room.
Not well-maintained. Run down. Needs a make-over badly.
I stay there already for more then 10 years. The last time i was there for a month. I think for the money you must pay for the room its a fare deal. Close too the highway, pool, wifi, good beds etc.
The cleaning can be a lot better.
Bed was comfortable, there was a pool but I did not use, air conditioner worked great.
Room smelled old and musty when entering, mold active in bathtub area, we only had one towel, ice machine did not work, no Kleenex, bedspread smelled yucky. The receptionist was outside smoking so she took our room cards, we did not go in to check out, if that is ok. The office check in area needs a good cleaning. You should have management drop in and see.
The girl at front desk that I dealt most with was very nice.
The first room we were given was supposed to have a mini fridge and microwave. We were staying for a few days and needed those things. The second room they gave us was supposed to be non smoking but wreaked of stale cigarette smoke. The lock on the door did not work, the tv screen was a blob of rainbow colors, we found a small blood stain on the sheets that were on the bed my daughter was going to sleep in. The morning after we checked in, I went to hang a towel on the bar to dry and the entire thing fell out of the wall. It wasn't secured in a stud board. I didn't ask to move or complain until stuff started fallingout of wallsIt was ridridiculous and the entire back building should be condemned. When we finally did get a decent room that was what I asked for, while we switched rooms I saw what I believe was a prostitute getting ready to turn a trick. DISGUSTING! The icing on the cake is when they charged my friends credit card for Saturday thru Tuesday. She booked the room for us in advance but when I checked in a day early they used my credit card. I told the clerk then to please change the card information in the system so my card was charged for it all. They changed my card for one night and that's it. When I checked out, she changed the information but the charges had been applied to my friends card also. They also charged her card THE DAY BEFORE WE CHECKED OUT. Everything was a disaster and I will not be returning to your facility or a Knights Inn any where else. They should have offered us a discount of some sort for all the hassle and filthy first two rooms.
people fighting in the room next to us and nothing was done about itall night long in 143
I like the amount of the room (booking)
I didn't like the that pool was dirty and floor in the room was stain bad.
I loved the fact that we had a pool side room. It was room 143. If i was to go back, which i would love to. We would love that same room.
I think the pool could have been ALOT cleaner. i did not like the fact that the trash barrels around the pool and in the pool area were always overflowing. But I think the pool was the worse for cleanliness. I would stay there again. but please keep the pool clean.
Dug deals happening before our eyes. People being arrested. Drunk men trying to get into our room. Place not maintained very well. They charged us twice for one night which caused issues in my bank account. Will not ever stay there again.
Bad bad bad Im not recomended. Ugly area, everything old. Smell bad..When going to sleep..itching in our bodies. Much money for bad facilities.
Returned my Money.
The room we asked for, A king bed non smoking, was not available when we checked in, We had to take either a double or a king smoking. I dont see how anyone can rate this hotel anything over 0.5 stars, if that. To say that people are rating this dump 3 stars is only proving that the ratings here are lies. We will contact this site to demand our money back. We were going to stay for two nights, but we were so appalled by the hotel we were forced to look for another place to stay, and thankfully we were able to find a new location and only had to pay for one night at this dump. I truly can believe how this can be rated as high as it is. What a scam!!!
Everyone was very friendly and room was very clean
Pool looked green, never saw anyone use it
Ease of booking the room. Location to the expressway. Relatively inexpensive. AC worked well. TV worked ok & there was a nice choice of stations. 'Fridge & microwave in room was handy. Cute little pub in the front of the hotel. The back gates were locked at night & that made us feel safer in a somewhat questionable area.
Rust & corrosion in the bathroom sink. Overflowing trash bins all over the property. :-( Debris scattered all over...pizza boxes, litter, dirty tissue on the stairways, cigarette butts all over the sidewalks & in the yard areas. Overall, dirty in appearance. What a shame. Mattresses were very uncomfortable. No coffee maker in the room
Close proximity to 275 and 34th street
Difficult getting back onto 275. Bath towels also were very rough and small
not the best neighborhood to be in.
Front desk is always available.
Beds are way over due for upgrades.
It was clean and the boy at the front desk who helped me after I missed my flight was nice enough to give me a room for the same rate as the one I had been staying at for the night previous.
The staff was on the rude side, I was unable to get a hold of the front desk at night when they were open 24 hours, and the over-all feel of the place was kind of run-down
