Quick access from the 215 freeway, close to the gas station and groceries
The WiFi doesn't work, the room needs maintenance
It was walking distance from the NOS event center
Room ceiling was leaking water from the rain. Window and door looked like someone tried to break in before. Bed sheets where torn. Lamp between the beds, the connection was broken off and wires where split as if they use the straight wires to connect to the socket. The carpet was extremely dirty. Bathroom floor was dirty with stains and grime. Sink was dirty and old. Toilet was leaking water and dirty. Bathtub was gross. Overall room was a total dump, wouldn't of stayed if it wasn't walking distance from the venue and everything around wasn't sold out. 0/10
That it was available
The lady at the front desk was so rude! Had attitude, no smile and through my ID and room keys at me when she was done with them. I will never stay there again. I'd rather sleep in my car.
I like the value
Surrounding area not the best area at night for wandering about.
Close to the venue we were attending. Price was great considering on the other side of rancho Cucamonga, prices were steep. Although there were no amenities, like complimentary shampoo, we were able to get extra towels and such. Room had a fridge which was great.
Hotel was a lot more run down than expected. Room smelled dingy and old, shower made a weird plumbing noise, and hot water ran out after 10 mins, every time. Refrigerator in the room was great, but i think it was made in the 70s. Bed was old and uncomfortable. Pillows were old and flat. Had a restless first night stay there, but the second night slept fine prob from the lack of sleep previously.
This was the most disturbing hotel ive ever stayed in..it was super ghetto and most of the people staying there..lived there..never again would I stay here or let anyone I know stay here!!
Crime, drug addicts, prostitutes, smokey room with broken A/C, lost reservations, stains everywhere, and this was just in the first five minutes!!!! I really regret not driving further to find a place to sleep. I'm not picky or expecting five stars for the price of one, all I wanted was bed to sleep on. This place was so nasty and sketchy I had a hard time doing that.
Lady at front desk was lovely, great location just off the highway with lots of restaurants and gas stations close by. Nothing spectacular but great value for money.
No coffee the next day at 9:30
Close to the NOS center
Not very clean. Rough area
The facilities looked so gorgeous I almost forgot I was still in San Bernardino LOL
There was only 1 towel and wash cloth in the bathroom it should had automatically had 2 provided in the room.
Outdated. Old spring mattress and no hot water in the morning for shower.
The lady at the front desk was very helpful because when i first got there and wasn't satisfied with the room they had given me first she gave me a different roomandi liked the location of the place as well.
It was cheap
The Internet was not good in my room.
the front desk staff was friendly
This was without a doubt the nastiest room I had ever rented! You could see the dirt and hair on the floor. The dresser was taped together. The air conditioner could not hold a temp. It was hot and then cold all through the night. The sheets were flat sheets that were not properly fitted for the bed and came up on all corners. The fridge was open and unplugged. The bathtub has paint peeling everywhere and there was something green stuck tot he counter top. The laundry that they offered was old and the dryer was entirely too hot. We drove by it twice before we saw it. It sits back off the road and couldn't see the sign. There people coming and going all night and the first thing I saw in the morning was a pair of homeless people picking up their bedding from behind a building across the parking lot. I did not feel safe.
they went out of their way for us
the area is going through a rough patch financially
Loved my stay will be back when I am in the area again.
It was great and clean
