Knights Inn provided awesome service with a smile! Our rooms had Comfortable, clean beds. Nice hot showers was a plus! It had lots of great plug-ins for recharging cell phones, I pad's and DSI games. It was across the street from Pizza Hut and McDonald's!
I could not get two rooms that had adjoining doors. Internet was poor.
I loved how I was able to check in fast and easy the manager was sweet n kind I told her I was traveling with my 3 daughters for a mother daughter mini vacation n she placed us close to the office. so we felt safe n relaxed our whole trip the hotel rooms are super clean beds are soft as pillow wifi was inedible my older girls loved it. free mini breakfast perfect location
There was no snow in town
Knights Inn did not honor my reservation. I believe they sold my room for more money since it was a holiday and they could get it. Was told my reservation did not exist.
Had to try to find another room. Knights Inn did not honor my reservation booked through Booking .com. Stated my reservation did not exist. I believe my room was sold at a higher price since it was a holiday weekend and they could get a higher price. Bad customer relations!
King bed , huge bathroom ,excellent rates ,quiet , east access off inter-state .
Continental breakfast was poor - toast , coffee , small sweet buns . Could have used some fruit at least . Had one too many arm chairs in room as space was tight with king bed .
We liked the convenience of the hotel's location. Service at Check In was nice, she even offered to make the reservations for the Canyon train when we asked her for more information. Breakfast was fair for the type of hotel, except the fact that other guests forget that it's only a "continental" breakfast, not a "feed-all-your-family-for-the-rest-of- the day" breakfast.
-Bed felt way to soft, but we managed a good night of sleep. -Orange juice needs to change.
Big room Good shower Confortable big beds
Breakfast was out of service due to remodeling of the hotel
A good comfortable place after a long days drive. Price excellent. In all fairness, renovations going on, so a bit of noise and dirt in public areas Basic set up for breakfast, although no fresh milk or cream.
Very nicely decorated.
The bed was made so that the blankets were tucked in half way down. We had to untuck the blankets in order to be able to pull them up to our chins.
Location and value for money were excellent
Perfect stop during the trip Good price
Big rooms with good facilities (heating, microwave, and refrigerator). Breakfast was simple but good. Overall, good value for money. Williams is a nice location to visit, as well!
Guests parking in the middle of two car spots
Big room and clean.
Other than a mini fridle and microwavery there's no facilities to make hot coffee
The rooms facilities - fridge, microwave, all clean. Breakfast was good, especially eating it in our room, eating hot porridge using our own fresh milk! Bed comfy, warm room, we visited in December!
Breakfast coffee wasn't hot, so had to put it into the microwave to heat it up. Extractor fan was very noisy!
- reception was difficult to reach, most of the time no one was available - assistance was moderate when we had a request
Our room was very large and the hotel was a good location for us.
We were not charged the rate quoted by booking.com but after a phone call everything was charged as originally stated.
Good price and nice staff everything was better than i thought.
It was clean, the staff was super friendly, it is a beautiful area, but run down looking side of town. The TV was a nice HD flatscreen, and the bed was fresh. It was a cheap place to sleep. The breakfast was just toast, muffins, and donuts but the muffins were great.
There is not much to look at, the parking was kind of crowded, like all hotels you can hear everyone in the hall. Still a great bang for your buck hotel.
They just want to make money rather than the build relationship with customer. Bed really bed
The bed was super comfortable. The doughnuts were a nice perk.
The door 209 didn't have a working deadbolt. That's a big downside.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location very handy. Décor is quite old but rooms spotlessly clean. Overall excellent value for money.
microwave and small refridgerator, good tv plenty of tv channels with direct tv service, very small property so the parking lot is in front of lobby and rooms are close to lobby. 2 floors only.
if staying on 2nd floor must use stairs- no elevator. free breakfast is coffee, OJ and donuts, similar to alot of other free-bfast hotels, few choices. Not many hotels have a free full breakfast, so its on par with the competition.
Room was clean but basic, though they were in the process of remodelling some aspects. Convenient and interesting location on Route 66.
Room had a distinct, but not unpleasant, incense type aroma which we got used to after a while, but may be problematic for others. Very minimal breakfast.
We did not stay for breakfast
Head section of bed was worn out so when u laid down your feet were higher than your head. Needs new mattresse or box spring and mattress. Breakfast area here was very small compared to other knights inn (charlottsville va) we have stayed in. Was unimpressed. Outside area could beblnwfit from some landscaping. Unattractive.
