They just want to make money rather than the build relationship with customer. Bed really bed
The bed was super comfortable. The doughnuts were a nice perk.
The door 209 didn't have a working deadbolt. That's a big downside.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location very handy. Décor is quite old but rooms spotlessly clean. Overall excellent value for money.
microwave and small refridgerator, good tv plenty of tv channels with direct tv service, very small property so the parking lot is in front of lobby and rooms are close to lobby. 2 floors only.
if staying on 2nd floor must use stairs- no elevator. free breakfast is coffee, OJ and donuts, similar to alot of other free-bfast hotels, few choices. Not many hotels have a free full breakfast, so its on par with the competition.
Room was clean but basic, though they were in the process of remodelling some aspects. Convenient and interesting location on Route 66.
Room had a distinct, but not unpleasant, incense type aroma which we got used to after a while, but may be problematic for others. Very minimal breakfast.
We did not stay for breakfast
Head section of bed was worn out so when u laid down your feet were higher than your head. Needs new mattresse or box spring and mattress. Breakfast area here was very small compared to other knights inn (charlottsville va) we have stayed in. Was unimpressed. Outside area could beblnwfit from some landscaping. Unattractive.
Very friendly staff, clean room, highway access. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.
They left the door to the washroom open which wasn't very appealing to look at.
The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean. Not expensive
Tired and dull rooms. Our friends non smoking room smelled of smoke.
The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.
Booking.com gave us a price for a room that was non smoking. When I asked the front desk if there was a smoking room available. He said it was $5.00 more a night. I think that is wrong.
Close to gas station and food chains. Wifi wad excellent.
Beds were too soft, brakefast was very plain. No fresh milk.
Breakfast (but with only a small variety). Nothing special, but ok for a night. Room was clean and the staff friendly.
good location, loved Williams and drive to Grand Canyon
Bed way too soft, fell off the boxsprings during the night
When the cable went out the manager was there within 10 minutes to fix it and made things right. LOVED the chocolate donuts!
Get some new beds. The bed we had in our room sunk so low my back hurt for the next two days.
Clean, Quiet and heat and air that works and does not sound like a turbine.
Distance from town.
I stopped there on the way to Grand Canyon and it was the right choice. The inn is located an hour drive from it and it is has all you need for one night stay. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.
That they had good tv selection & the breakfast was decent.
The room was too noisy. All outside noise. The trucks kept us awake.
Sleep quality, location. Good shower presssure
Breakfast a bit ordinary
Handy for GC Railway and Williams, near Highway exit Not expensive but would have paid more for more
Unfriendly discourteous reception lady. Breakfast poor and had to be fetched from reception and eaten in room
Desk clerk changed our room from second to first floor at our request.
Dreary location. Terrible breakfast bar. We ended up going out for breakfast which added considerably to the cost of the room as Williams is an expensive tourist town. When we decided to leave a day early, desk clerk refused to refund the cost of the room for that night.
Easy to find - 1 hour drive from Grand Canyon which was prime reason for staying in Williams - we had left it to late to get somewhere in the park and if we has booked earlier the park lodges would have had room at better prices. The place was clean and maintained so hard to find any real fault but it really is old style motel and basic and not worth $150 per room per night once tax etc added.
Overpriced for what you get - breakfast was very basic - rooms were small - old a/c - would recommend that you hunt out another hotel/motel if possible as when we got there we found loads more all offering better prices.
Good personal, very clean and nice room. Nice location.
The bed was soft.
The room was very nice, more like you would find in a three star hotel. It was very tastefully decorated and the bed was very comfortable.
I wish it had been a bit closer to the Grand Canyon.
staff was excellent; nearby lots of places to eat, shop, tourist attractions. excellent value for the money. Hostess was very accommodating, friendly.
staff needs more help, obviously overworked, could use more thorough cleaning. breakfast bare minimum, should at least give more choices. were planning to eat there and hurry off to Grand Canyon, but had to find place to eat breakfast first.
problems with the TV
The beds were comfortable
The price was high, the "continental" breakfast was pointless, and there wasn't even an alarm clock.
