“ The bed was so comfortable. After traveling 16 hours in a car, this felt like we were a king and queen in a castle! Slept very well. Staff was efficient and helpful and enjoyed the breakfast on our way out in the a.m. ”

Convenient location, right off highway. When checking in the hotel seemed nice from first impressions. I was not expecting it to be as hot as it was the day we arrived. So, leaving our dog in the truck was not an option. Was pleasantly surprised that the pet fees were very reasonable. And our dog was very happy to be in an air conditioned room with us! When we entered through the side door to get to our room it seemed a little dirty. The room itself was pleasant... But, after a long day of traveling, I was really looking forward to a nice shower... There was hair in the tub as well as the bathroom floor. Disgusting. Called front desk and clerk actually came to clean the bathroom which was a surprise! I was thankful for that and have to say the desk clerk was very kind and even asked me to check the bathroom over to see if it was okay before she left.... Breakfast was very nice and there were more items to choose form than expected. Overall, it was good for the money. Dirty Bathroom, and side entry.

Beds were very comfortable, good breakfast. Nightly rate was high, don't like the extra $20 charge for possible incidentals!

Breakfast friendly staff I had to change rooms because a 1st floor window would not lock. The next room was infested with stink bugs, killed several. The beds were sagging and uncomfortable. I told the manager about the bugs and he said they were a big problem in the area.

Extremely friendly, helpful staff. Donna in the breakfast area was super friendly and helpful to my daughter, my three young grandchildren and myself. We enjoyed our stay.

Location, fresh cookies when we arrived. Sink was stopped up with hair nothing they could do for us over the weekend. Air conditioning unit did not work properly.

We always enjoy the location, cleanliness and quietness. The breakfast is always good. As much as we enjoyed having "real" dishes and flatware, they did not feel clean. There was a stickiness to them.

Would suggest that the air vents [covers] be cleaned on a regular basis, or better still, added to the check list used by housecleaning .... particularily in the bathrooms.

I did like that there were dishes and cups for breakfast. Coffee at breakfast was very weak. Couldn't find our reservations when we arrived.
