The suite was appointed very nicely with contemporary design. Sheets could have been better quality. They don't offer all amenities as a Full service hotel but we went in knowing that so we were fine. Only criticism is could use more time from a bellman. See above

Sometimes I feel like at home - this hotel is just such - outstanding quality and an amazing experience in the heart of the city The service is very high, quiet and non-intrusive to each question from our side we could hear only one thing - no problem. What could be better than that Igor Markovski (Sofia, Bulgaria) much to my regret I can not find any fault with this wonderful hotel

location Housekeeping is very poor and not clean. Services are bad. Hotel doesn't have a restaurant and doesn't provide breakfast. Management is very poor and not responsive to guests. My room was left uncleaned even I asked the Front Office Manager to make sure the room is cleaned.

Large spacious rooms. Very close to World Bank, IMF, White House. Friendly and accommodating staff. Roof terrace. Free coffee in the morning a nice touch - thanks!

The room was very big with huge bed and kitchen. Location is excellent. Staff was very "slow". They were looking for our booking for 20 minutes. Bar in the hotel was closed. We booked only for 2 days and they decided not to waist to for our room cleaning:)

Staff was great - cannot say enough about how warm and welcoming they all were. We went to DC for our 40th wedding anniversary and they brought a gift bag to the room with lots of goodies. Location was excellent - close to the metro and within walking distance to nearly everywhere we wanted to go. Apt was large, immaculate, quiet and comfortable! One day we came back to our apt to find a cleaning lady cleaning our room. We did not know we were getting a cleaning that day so were not prepared. On our last day we had a maid walk in on us before checkout - no knock. Would recommend keeping the "do not disturb" sign on the door.

Clean and spacious rooms. Staff at the reception friendly, helpful and competent. Very good location for sightseeing and excursions. Safety box in the room not standard and only available with extra charge of 35.- us $/day (!).- Not a single hotel staff available during our departure to help with our heavy bags.

The rooms were beautiful and the location of the hotel was great. The Hotel for that category did not have bell service nor did they have a vault in our rooms. All Good Class Hotels must have a vault or a safety deposit box.

Nice size suite, comfortable beds, functional kitchen. Boxes of Kleenex in bathrooms/bedrooms would have been nice, missed having a room book of amenities/services/local recommended restaurants etc. -- we relied on concierge services at other hotels. Pop corn, crackers, fresh fruit @ $435 a night would have been well received.

Quality small condo-hotel with excellent staff. Recommended for extended stays when added room/home away from home is needed. Frette towels were welcome... Rooms need painting, cosmetic repairs and more refined matress (ouch, my back). Small lounge was welcoming, great place to chill after work.

Very clean, modern, and comfortable. The location was excellent, within a block of the White House and many restaurants all within walking distance. No need for a car here, but if you did they have 2 zip cars (www.zipcar.com) in their garage you can reserve hourly. Absolutely nothing! However, to those looking for a view...remember dc is a business district and few hotels will have a few, only those facing the Mall. The aka White House while offering so very many things a view is not one of them.

The staff was exceptionally professional and courteous. The accommodations, gym, lobby etc were very nice. We were centrally located and a block from the White House and a couple blocks from a metro stop with Sn elevator which was great because we had a stroller. The cooking appliances were insufficient.
