We enjoyed the refrigerator in the room, it makes a trip a little less expensive. Also loved the complimentary coffee in the morning Nothing really, would have enjoyed the newspaper with my coffee

Our stay was great, the room was clean and spacious, and really silent. We were in n. 905 and we loved it. Staff is really friendly and hotel position is fantastic, near central park, away from the mess of times square. perfect!

very friendly staff and an excellent place to go when being in NYC for business for a longer time. Having an apartment without the hassle of the hotel, while still having the 24x7 staff available is just very comfortable. Few things that went wrong were resolved in a very friendly way. That's how you know you're in good hands, not ?

Staff was excellent and helpful. Room was well-stocked and comfortable. The location, while great for everything we wanted to do in NYC, was not always the best for getting a taxi

I stayed for a few days on my own, and then was joined by friends with a young kid, as well as my my own child. Having a full kitchen really worked well for that. The location near Central Park and Columbus Circle, as well as upper East Side museums was excellent. I also liked having a one bedroom suite with a real table. Daily cleaning service. Great full breakfast. Staff were helpful. Free wifi. I would stay there again. The tv controls were really complicated to use.

Manager was friendly and courteous, and so were the staff. The best pr for the hotel was actually the barista in the cafe - professional, passionate, friendly, and good memory. The hotel location was the best feature - 1 block from Central Park, great for shopping and midtown business. De-magnetized keys - three times in 5 days. Trash bag left by maid when we returned. $50 charge for one night of rollaway bed. Sanding and painting in the hallway for 5 of 6 days of our stay. Painting after 6:30pm. 2 broken elevators.

Beds were comfy, room was nice, gym was great, lounge was great, Cafe was wonderful - especially our new friend, Geovanny!! The renovation which we were not aware of going in. Painting smell, dust, elevators not working and then, $50 for a rollaway per night. Not expecting this for the $$.

Cleanliness and feeling of safety Had problems with adjusting/understanding the heat, tv operation. Not enough counter space in bath - another shelf would help, at least. Confused about where and how to get food...no explanation was given. There is a menu in the room but it baffled me as to who would be preparing the food since the hotel staff is sparse.

Helpful from beginning to end. As an example, the printer wasn't working and one of the employees working on the second floor went out of his way to get our boarding passes printed. Another recharged my telephone, the free wifi, the classy doormen, the details like this make all the difference do me. The Alarm clock.

hotel with a great location, convenient for walking to Manheten. Friendly staff. I was warned about the features of cleaning the rooms., cleaning once a week. I would like to wish a more frequent cleaning. At least twice a week.

The personalized attention at the reception was exceptional. Randa, Leigh- Anne, Ian and Jason and others helped us make reservations at restaurants, provided directions to places we wanted to visit and were always there friendly and welcoming. The impecably designed reception and rooms. The gym was a luxurious treat, superb in every design detail, in comfort and beauty. What I didn't like was minor; that the bedroom was serviced once a week; I had hoped that at least the garbage would be collected daily

The staff was very friendly during superstorm Sandy. And the hotel has its own washer/ dryer unit for free. I booked for 9 nights. For the second day I saw that my room was not tidied up, I went downstairs and asked why. They replied that I was going to stay 9 nights, so if someone who stays more than 7 nights, keep in mind that there is only one day per week housekeeping at AKA central Park!!! If you ask for a housekeeping every day, you have to pay 30 dollars per day!!!! You have to make your bed and clean your room by yourselves!!!! Bed was softer than it should be, and the pillows were terrible, they were all as hard as an iron!!! Could not sleep for more than a week and I am happy to come back home.
