Location and room space
We loved to be within minutes from Central Park and Top Designer Shopping area. Friendly service and high speed FREE WIFI
Would be a nice gesture to have some complimentary coffee and tea plus water in friidge upon arrival. Other than this small issue nothing too complain
Staff was top notch. Rooms are somewhat expensive, but a good value considering the size. Great location near Central Park and shopping.
Everything was great from attention of the staff to room given. Room was very spacious and bed excellent. Location is perfect and gym is spetacular.
Space in bathroom to keep makeup and things
The location was perfect. Accessible to everything we want to see. The hotel was very quiet.
Every staff was kind and friendly. Deluxe Studio we stayed was equipped with water boiler, coffee maker, fridge, sink and microwave and very clean.
Lots of tax we had to pay.
We were there for ONLY a week !!
Location is wonderful. Truley heart of NYC!
Nice staff but they should be more efficient and informative! When I asked for something, it took so long to find out or bring stuff. Rooms are nice yet need more lighting. Too dark!
Bad security, not clean, and bad customer service.
Great location and space
Noisy construction outside very early morning . Interrupts sleep
Great location, near Central Park and Columbus Circle a few steps from 5th Avenue and close to the main metro sations. Free wifi in the whole building ,tea, cofee and milk for breakfast free too. Our apartment was big enough for three persons, clean and nice furniture. We had an extrabed so that we could sleep in both rooms.
We had an apartment ,we were three friends.Unfortunatelly not natural light facing a wall and some windows from the neighbour building.
Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Well-equipped room. Exactly met our needs at a reasonable price.
Smart, contemporary, central location, friendly helpful staff. Cannot comment with much authority on value for money as this is the only hotel in NYC I have stayed in. It was a pleasant enough stay but felt expensive for what we got.
small room, synthetic duvet cover (it should always be cotton, especially in a city known for hot and humid late summer/early autumn) small wardrobe, microwave oven only for cooking, no hob, no tea and coffee making facilities. Thin walls so noise from neighbouring rooms and corridor (we were unlucky to have a few sets of rowing couples and families as neighbours!) In all the room type we had wasn't the best for an extended stay... even though this is an extended stay hotel.
Staff always used "our system is down" excuse for checking room alternatives, simple taks such as late checkout..
Perfect midtown location, close to main metro lines. Clean, spacious room with comfortable bed. Good restaurants and takeouts nearby. staff v. Friendly. Mini kitchen good if you have a baby
lobby a bit dark And nobody told me about Complementary coffee for breakfast in the lobby!
The staff was very kind and always helping you no matter what you asked for.
I was in room 214. For sure it was the most terrible location possible for a room in the hotel. The room itself was very good. A big one bedroom with a very good kitchen, but no natural light. The view was a wall, the external units of air conditioning and pigeons. No clue if it was raining or if the sun was shinning. But besides that, it was a very nice stay
The fore mentioned plus the helpfulness of all the staff
Not keen on the avant garde type of bar
Totally overpriced. Staff not helpful. The quality of the rooms is below average for hotels in that price range. The house keeping services is a joke! You have to beg for them to take trash out of the rooms...
Great staff! Man who came to make TV work said they get complaints and have trouble with Tv's all the time.He made it work but in the morning I could not get any channels again. Quiet Room, Great location!Clean! Crisp design
Tv hard to work, no shower as it was broken, at least there was a tub to take a bath. Probably would not stay here again based on Tv and shower not working.
No cross trainer in the gym. No plain croissants in the cafe. No kettle.
The friendly staff who couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable and convenient stores close by. Close to subways and transport so getting around NY very easy.
Close to everything. Lovely helpful staff. Peaceful. Lobby is small so if you like a big grand hotel lobby this isn't for you. Rooms great and comfortable and very clean. Lifts fast. Just around the corner from The Plaza and central park. Plaza food hall across the road from AKA entrance.
location of the hotel
Although the location of the hotel was very convenient the size of the room was very small. Even this can be acceptable for NYC standarts, the room was facing the wall. One may say that skyline view is too much to expect but facing the wall of the nearby building makes you feel you are in a grave. We have asked a couple of times for a change, we were told they would try. Even we have made the reservation months ago and paid the same price as the other visitors did, we spent the whole week in a dump room. I wonder they do this to all booking.com customers!!.
Location,staff and clean!
The bed was not comfortable and one day I return to my room and they are still cleaning my room at 5 pm!
