スタッフの人数が少なく、フロントに何か聞こうと思っても聞ける人がいない。清掃がほとんどされていない。 工事中で非常にうるさかった。そういう事前情報が入ってこない。 |

もう少し部屋の照明を明るく出来るようにして欲しい。ビジネスで使用する際とても印刷物が見えにくいし、ＰＣもそうです。目が疲れる。あと、コーヒーが無料でいつも飲めるのは良いが、朝ご飯に卵やハムぐらい置いて欲しい。 |

Location, good service from staff,modern and clean,very quiet in spite of heavy traffic in 58th street,facilities like microwave,refrigerator,good bed,good bath. No exactly "I didn't like" but as a sugestion ,the hotel could improve the continental breakfast adding cereals, fruit,ocassional cheese an cold cuts. |

They allow me to go one day before my reservation and find a new Hotel It's a contruction site, they don't know what confort mean, rooms are dark and noisy, they sell suite but it's not a suite. |

perfect position, just between centra l park and times square. hotel design is great. the "light" breackfast was really too light and the quality was cheap. more fruits, cakes and juices would be better. |
