今まで泊まったどのホテルよりも人も部屋も快適で本当に素晴らしかった！ニューヨークの町の中にいるよりも、ホテルにいるほうがホットしてゆっくりできて感謝しています。最後にクリーニングの方がとっても丁寧だった事。モーニング係の方が優しかった事。受付の方々がいつも親切でニコニコしてくれてた事。ホテルの人々が良かった事が一番素敵な事でした。 |

Central Parkに近いのはとても便利。地下鉄は近くにあるPlaza Hotelの前の駅を使用すればとても便利。部屋もまあまあ良い。２階にあるコーヒー、紅茶が無料で自由に飲める。 Safety boxがなかった。部屋にSafety Boxを持ってきてくれるといっていたのに、３回電話しても持ってきてくれなかった。電話器が壊れていて電話を受け取れなかった。 |

スタッフの人数が少なく、フロントに何か聞こうと思っても聞ける人がいない。清掃がほとんどされていない。 工事中で非常にうるさかった。そういう事前情報が入ってこない。 |

System with cleaning of room just one time when you have the room for 7 or more days was not good sinze you spend over 300 usd pr 24 hour to stay there |

Location is amazing. Huge rooms and perfect decoration. We really enjoyed our stay and really recommend it! The breakfast room is a bit small but really convenient for the meaning of our trip. |

That the Central Park location was in the center of everything. I could get to any train that I needed. I also loved the "Think Pink" nail spa across the street. |

Stephanie at the front desk was extremely helpful and accomodating. All the front desk staff were delightful and made our trip very enjoyable.We will be staying at your hotel again. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. The rooms were extremely comfortable but the street noise was a bit loud in the early mornings...but that is New York! |

The staff was awesome. The room was clean and for NY a decent size for your dollar. Especially during the Holiday season. The only complaint was on the 8th floor we could here traffic and the garbage truck that runs most of the eveing. |

Location was great. Staff were nice and breakfast good with excellent coffee. The computers were easy to access in the breakfast room. The only mirror was in the bathroom. I would have liked another mirror in the bedroom and ?or a full sized mirror by the closet. |

The room, staff and location were excellent. The room couldn't have been nicer. There were so many thoughtful touches. Plus there were little things like a free laundry room. There are several computers for guest use. The breakfast was good, but the breakfast oom was a bit small (some people couldn't get a table), and they kept running out of things (cereal, fruit). It would have been nice to have a newspaper for everyone to take, rather than to share with others. |

The location is excellent and the decor very modern and comfortable. As a loan traveller I felt safe in the immediate vicinity of the hotel which was a bonus. |

My suite was kept extremely clean every day and the quality of the furniture etc was excellent.... Staff very helpfull and nice and location perfect.. I was surprised at the level of comfort and hotel facilities. Not applicable, we had a great time with absolutely no problems. |

One bedroom suite was great. Location great. Good price. Staff were awful. I arrived with my two kids after 8 hour car journey. I had booked a one bed suite through you. They checked me in and I got up to the room to find it was a studio. I think they thought I might not notice, because no apology was offered for the mistake. On pointing out that I had booked a one bed , they tried to make me wait in the room for them to sort it out. |
