Location is excellen, can't be better. Room is nice and quiet. The hotel's staff is very friendly and helpful. Too expensive. |

Very convenient location. First room was very noisy due to location beside physical plant and we could not be moved that night. Second room was fine. It was nice having a full kitchen. |

The hotel was exceptionally clean and extremely comfortable. Easy to check in - no lines. Only a few blocks from the subway. Close to major sights. |

The Suite we had was extremely comfortable and well equipped. The other facilities were very good as we were able to check in for our flight and print off our boarding pass. The staff were very helpful and curteous. |

We were very pleased with the spacious rooms and the friendly staff. Always eager to answer our questions and puting on their best smile. The only disadvantage of this hotel was the small breakfast room and the limited options of our breakfast. If you don't plan on eating breakfast there, it's an excellent choice. |

Nice and modern. Good 4 star hotel, excellent location. Breakfast room too small and breakfast untill 9.30 is a little bit too early during holidays. |

shoped, had fun, was very well located, the service a little lost. we ordered rolling beds and they forgot about it twice breakfast always finish before time and there were not juice,or bread left and etc |

Location is amazing. Huge rooms and perfect decoration. We really enjoyed our stay and really recommend it! The breakfast room is a bit small but really convenient for the meaning of our trip. |

That the Central Park location was in the center of everything. I could get to any train that I needed. I also loved the "Think Pink" nail spa across the street. |

Stephanie at the front desk was extremely helpful and accomodating. All the front desk staff were delightful and made our trip very enjoyable.We will be staying at your hotel again. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. The rooms were extremely comfortable but the street noise was a bit loud in the early mornings...but that is New York! |
