Just lovely! Everything was ok for me. The staff was great and helpful, above all Manolo from the front desk who was so kind and gave me the room I liked the most. I'll stay there again for sure if I go to la again. |

One of the best hotel I've ever been to. Beautiful room with a lovely view on the gardens and on downtown, nice decorations all ver the hotel, polite staff. Will go back anytime. |

The beds are comfotable, bedroom cleaning is efficent and proper. Fail to provide shuttle bus service as promised to the wedding iocation near the hotel. Wait for more than half an hour and we need to take a taxi! Time to attend the wedding has been delayed! Mistake was made on hotel billing. Extra $200 has been calculated, Luckily evidence ( the email confirmation )was provided and correction has been made. However, much time has been delayed and staffs manner were not helpful! Not a present stay! |

the rooms were separated from the banquet facilities, so noise was minimized. their front desk system was not clearly demarcated, so cutting in line happened often; parking fees are high; elevators were slow |

Location was very close to the place I was visiting. I was given a really small room initially, with a bad view and a nosiy blower vent. After I complained, they gave me a different, really nice room. |

They had charged me the correct amount for my personal parking but when I left, I let the attendent know that I was guest and after coming back home, they charged me a extr 30 dollars. I have lost all respect for this staff and will let everyone know. |

Very nice upscale hotel but with affordable rates. The two japanese restaurants inside are very good (the tokyo style grill one is a bit expensive). The gym could use some improvement... it was a bit small and six in the morning it was packed and I had to wait 20 minutes for the treadmill to be available. |

A Concierge do hotel pareceu, na verdade ser uma cambista. Ela se ofereceu me vender ingressos pelo dobro do preço de bilheteria! O hotel não oferece internet gratuita nos quartos, apesar de não mencionar isso no site. Tinha a disposição 3 computadores para todos os hóspedes. Se quisesse ter acesso do quarto teria que pagar US$ 10/dia. |

日本語を話せるスタッフもいますので安心です。夜遅くなったときに、駐車場係りの方にお願いがありましたが- 、スタッフは日本語はなせる方が居られず・・しかし、お客様に日系の方や日本人が多く、結婚式でホテルに来- られた年配の男性に通訳していただきました。一人旅でしたから本当に安心です。また、近くに(歩いて1分)- 日本食スーパーがあり、何も持っていく必要はありません。お味噌汁もオカキもおすしもインスタントラーメン- ・うどん・焼きそばなんでもそろいますよ! |
