Room was exceptionally clean, not even a nick in the paint. Staff was accomodating and pleasant to deal with. No noisy neighbors made it a place to return to.
Their manager Gary is a Nice guy, But "The powers to be make an agreement with you and break their word when its time to pay.
Lack of honesty
Cheap Wifi was good in our room Parking right beside the room Breakfast was adequate
Accommodation fairly basic (although I think some other rooms had been refurbished) In the middle of nowhere so nothing to eat locally no tea/coffee making in the room
Location to downtown was very good for the money when compared to other accommodations
Again to be close to downtown the motel I'd located in an industrial area south side of Seattle
Good location and price.
The room was so small you could barely fit around the bed. Breakfast was not much, lids did not even fit the coffee cups.
Staff stopped Continental Breakfast too early. Was 5 min. after 9am and staff locked fridge. They opened it again briefly after visitors complained.
Location in reference to downtown Seattle. The area itself is very shady. Manager is an amiable person. The rooms were clean
$20 per night for pets is the most expensive I have ever spent on my dog and inspite of that the room was not made between nights towels were not changed for the length of our stay. One of the receptionists had a lot to learn about smiling to clients. Bathrooms need a facelift.
Bugar on wall, feces side toilet
-Bed was comfy -Room service was good
-Not very clean overall - For some reason, $100 was add on top of my booking.com quote. -Shower was gross, extra hot, high pressured, and made for a 5 foot person. -Toilet was slow. -Random dirty hand prints on walls. -Ants -Why wasnt there a clock in the room?!
We were originally given a room which had people in it and had to be switched. The new room was musty, and blankets were stained with what I can only hope was ketchup. The shower head pointed at my bellybutton and free breakfast was half a a dozen muffins and some cereal.
I liked that it was $15 cab to Safeco field.
First, there was still staff screwing something to the wall when we went to enter our room. (2) curtains were too short for window, you could see first 8" of bed. (3) we had to take cover off toilet tank to flush. (4) water pressure in shower was so hard it painfully left a welt and bruise on my breast immeidately. I used ice bucket over my head to shower. Black mold all on floor of shower, shower curtain was not water proof and floor was dangerously soaked. Drain cover baed in. (5) in am I went to get my free coffee and toast with the tray from my room- the man behind desk told me I could not take coffee or food to my room. I said you got to be kidding me? He said no! You will leave a mess everywhere! I said, "I paid $130 for the worst stay ever, im taking my coffee tmy room." He said, "If you do it, everyone will do it." I said, "there is a fridge and a food tray in my room you dont make sense." And I walked out. Worst ever. Looks like whole place was run by 3 men, no house keepers. I want my money back.
Not too far from city so if you are traveling by car you can easily reach everywhere. Price is not big but 'quality' of this hotel doesn't match even that cheap price.
Dirty rooms, garbage under beds, tracks cigarettes smell even in 'non smoking' rooms, trash can in the room are cleaned only after you exactly ask that. Price is not big but 'quality' of this hotel doesn't match even that cheap price.
we had for a good price an apartment(bedroom, livingroom plus kitchen), big tv, clean and tidy! with car it was a very easy and short drive into the city - just straight ahead for 5-10 min
traffic could be a bit loud
Right near the beach and a pretty good outlook.
Says dog friendly on the web site but nowhere to take her that isn't paved
Disgusting shower including splatter marks and duct tape with flames. Holes in walls, tons of traffic noise, drawers are locked on cabinets, front door key functioned (BARELY) a total dump and for $16, utterlly ridiculous!
The place stunk, was filthy, the area was bad. Couldn't be worse. I wouldn't pay 50 bucks for a place like that, let alone the 150 everything came to. Didn't even end up staying the night. Found somewhere downtown. I hope that place burns down.
Showers were only 4 feet high, lots of noise and tried to charge twice
Conveniently located just south of downtown but 1/3-1/4 of the price compared to most other places in the nearby area...staff was friendly...facilities and rooms were in pretty good shape...recent rennovations were obvious...didn't do the continental breakfast but it looked fine...would certainly stay again
Most everything was just fine...my only real complaint would be that, although I like good water pressure, I seriously felt like I could be blasted through the wall at any second...it was really aggressively coming at you
it is very fairly price near downtown . located same street 1th Ave with famous public market, drive by 11 mins. I read the review after check in. this motel was lower rate, but maybe before renovation. I found the room is clean, facilities is decent. the room about $110-120/night, I stay 5 night about $720, other hotel will cause more than $1000. so as this point, I donot expect a fancy hotel room.as long as clean , TV work well. staff is helpful.breakfast is good, milk ,egg, fresh fruit. so I will recommend this hotel if you want to stay budget.the only thing is wife is wear ,slow. if the owner read it, please give your wifi to be fast speed.
Wifi is very slowly. my iphone can not connect wifi well, keep to drop disconnect. wifi sign is weak, my laptopgo online checking email, it is very slowly. as motel /hotel shall be has high spend wifi .suggest owner get a high speed wifi. air condition machine is very loud.but I turn if off most of time.
- TV didn't work - the bed was dirty - way too expensive for the service - nasty breakfast
This was a 'do-over' motel from the past and it was done quite well. Very solid craftsmanship. The staff is attentive, and courteous.
A little too lite on the 'free breakfast' that was advertised. The Wi-Fi is not designed to handle peak loads very well in the afternoon/evening. I could only log-on and up/down load during early morning hours.
Really didn't like anything about this motel
Paid cash for room, credit card was still charged and having a hard time getting refunded. No "continental" breakfast., staff was not very friendly, at all!
Quick walk to great restaurants or bars pubs or other in historic Georgetown. Staff were very cordial.
Dirty, Grimy, as in embedded dirty - this place is in serious need of cleaning. Plumbing limited to warm in sink (both sides warm water), shower head loose enough to move freely. Then those damn pillows: hard as a rock - no joke, pillows should at least flex when your head is on them! More than $121/night - would have been much better in a hostel or a tent somewhere.
