I liked the location of the hotel, cause it was near alot of places to eat.

The garage was cool but it didnt have enough parking. and they could get another bed, it was o.k, but kind of hard.

You will not find a better hotel in San Diego than this for the value. We were booked in another fancier hotel for our last two nights but ended up cancelling and staying here because it was so great. Service, location, value gets top marks.

    Location, modern yet cosy hotel.

Only wifi in certain areas of the hotel lobby, not available in the room. Parking in hotel's garage is very narrow.

Great location in little Italy within walking distance to lots of good restaurants, gaslamp, and the waterfront. The decorations were nice and the staff was all friendly.

You have to pay for $15 for parking each night if you can't find any street parking which is hard to find in that area. Rooms were pretty small, but it was still comfortable for us.

Great Location! Restaurants and shopping. Close to downtown, trolley, safe and fun area.

Parking was tricky......thought the price of parking a bit high, but convenient and safe. Very tight to park when garage was full

Location in Little Italy, close to downtown without feeling you were in downtown. The rooms were clean and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful.

No WiFi service in the rooms.

    Convenience to sutes

Horrible parking arrangements. Got my rent car towed from parking in front of hotel. Very costly trip because of that. I would recommend getting taxis and leaving the rent cars alone if you are there to see the immediate sites.

Location, location, location! Amazingly beautiful! Walking distance to the train station. 3 blocks from the trolley line. Nice size room. Beautiful shared balcony.

Air conditioner would not go below 68 degrees. Thinnest windows allowed tons of noise but who cares due to the location!

I loved the hotel, the staff, and the location. The rooms, while small were very cute with beautiful style and decor and everything fit nicely given the space. We stayed on the top floor (4) in room 112 with a beautiful view of the water. Couldn't beat it for the price. Also, everything was very clean, bathrooms, walls, even the carpet. We woke up on Saturday to the Little Italy Farmers Market, that was a plus. The location was perfect, we were right in the middle of tons of restaurants and bars all in walking distance. We lucked out with parking all 3 nights on the street. Overall we couldn't have asked for a better hotel for the price we paid. We would absolutely recommend stay here again.

Location. Staff was friendly. When asked questions the staff was knowledgable.

Small stuff. Example since the sink isn't in the bathroom there should be a towel rack so you can put the hand and face towel on it. Also no paper or a pen was in the room until the night before we left.
