I liked the location and the friendliness of the staff.
While I could receive a Wi-Fi signal, I could not login using any of three different browsers. (Firefox, Safari, Chrome). We also would have enjoyed feather pillows. The pillows provided gave my wife a stiff neck and a headache. I requested feather pillows and was told you did not have them.
Nice pool area. Nice breakfast area.
Motel style hotel (door opens to the outside) on a busy street. Door and window provide very little noise reduction. Felt like I was camping on the street. The AC was very noisy and turned on/off every couple minutes.
the grounds are beautiful. My room had a roomy balcony overlooking the grounds.
It's a little noisy in the regular rooms coming from the street, which is a very busy 6 lane street.
It was clean, pool area beautiful, bar and dinner very good , breakfast very good, nice facilities all around.
Staff was helpful.
Wi fi did not work in our room. Worked in the lobby and the restaurant, but not in our room.
Staff and pool area.
Showers, old and moldy!
Resort type feel yet conveniently located. Staff was friendly and helpful. No complaints.
Restaurant was great, bar was great, staff was great, room was clean, grounds were exceptional
Furniture and fixtures were old and in some cases broken. Closet door kept falling off. This is my only issue. My wife and I stayed for six nights and were very happy with our choice. We look forward to another stay.
Friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful courtyard.
The decoration. The free breakfast.
Could use some light repair - example - chips in the sink - loose towel bars. Patio doors did not slide.
We had lots to do in Tucson and it was super easy to get everywhere we wanted. The place is so nice I wish we'd had more time by the pool though!
The wi-fi is not secure but it's fast.
Breakfast was boring and unimpressive
No way to print.
There was nothing to like. Breakfast was a joke......
We had to request another room since the bathroom had a bad smell, and it got really bad the next morning. Had to call room services, just to have our second room cleaned. The time we called was after 5:00 pm.
The staff was helpful and accommodated every request with friendliness and efficiency. Appreciated the morning breakfasts. What a nice way to begin the day with others attending same event.
Put syrup on table for waffles and keep the coffee brewing for folks from the cold northern parts.
Casita 12 was nice with view of city. Breakfast was quite good.
I loved the rustic southwest look of the room. Very unique. The balcony with a view of the court yard and the mountains was wonderful.
Seemed like the rug in the lobby was pretty dirty and stained.
I liked the atmosphere the grounds the decor. The rooms were a little outdated but clean. This was a beautiful place to stay. The office management were extremely friendly and the restaruant was amazing! The way they served their food was very unique and the workers were amazing. Thank you La Posada for a great New Years Eve!!!
Nothing really. Just that the rooms were a little outdated.
The hotel architecture (adobe style), rooms with little patios/balconies, fabulous view, close to shops, restaurants.
The hot break fast was good, but I wish there was a little more variation (I stayed for four days, and it was always eggs and potatoes).
The pool and grounds were excellent. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping was great!
The restaurant for breakfast was in need of better management. Just a little more consistency...condiments, bussing tables etc.
I felt like I was in the old west......meaning the amenities too.
For 110 dollars a day, I felt there should of been more space in the room .......comfortable chairs and more bathroom space.......if your charging the same as the hilton....make it feel like it..........
The over all experience at La Posada Lodge and Casitas was awesome. Everything was top notch from the personnel at the front desk to the quality of the room. The location was perfect since family were staying close by and the wedding was only 10 or so minutes away. We will definitely stay there again and would recommend to any one that will be traveling to Tucson.
The music from the bar and the bar patrons were really loud on Saturday night.
that it is older style
pr0perty on older side repairs you can see not well done
next door, there was an infant crying all night, we could not sleep
