The area was nice and convienient; right off of I-40.
My room was uncomfortable. The door could not close all the way. I had to put a chair against it. It locked. I was scared that someone might come in while I slept. I was up most of the time and did not get enough rest/sleep. I had to unplug the air conditioning to turn it off. The bathroom was old (tub, sink, toilet). There were no body wash, only soap, which I can't use. There were no other rooms available. I thought the cost was too much for a room like that.
Rooms are always neat and clean and the staff are always nice and helpful.
very nice hotel, very clean, convenient to hwy and restrurants
cheap flimsy towels, paper thing, for the price of the room the towels should be much nicer and thicker, more absorbant
Spacious size of room
Beds were comfy. Nice patio.
Wasn't the room we had seen online. Pricey for not great accommodations. Breakfast sucked. We'll not be back. We'll just continue to stay at the usual place we stay where we pay the same and have excellent accommodations and beautiful rooms.
Clean and comfortable
Room was worn out and had a funny smell
The rooms may need a little updating, but it was clean and the beds are comfortable. I suggest you ask for a room away from the interstate as it can be a bit noisy with traffic. And beware of homeless people trying to ask for money.
Security could be on the look out for wandering homeless looming to ask guests of the hotel for money.
Bathroom wasn't as clean as I had expected
Everything was great!! Easy to get to, easy check in, great room, loved the pool and hot tub.
Our room was toward the interstate and the traffic was noisy early in the morning waking us up earlier than we planned.
The free breakfast was good.
We were there a week, and although requested, they only changed our sheets one time. Twice they did not touch our room. Every day I would have to go ask for towels. Upon checking out I was told that they could not give me a receipt because they were doing a computer software upgrade. I could not even get an itemized bill of charges. They said they would email a receipt to me. So I told them that I would put a stop payment on the credit card I used to book the room and they would have to mail me a bill. I have not received the bill, but they have tried to run the charges through that credit card number. I've never seen a more incompetent hotel. Room cleaning department was way under-staffed and always only one person at the front desk. This La Quinta will really spoil your vacation. Try the Hampton instead. Next time, I will. That's my last La Quinta stay.
We had room 214. We loved it. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed our over night stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
WiFi was slow.
Outside door did not work well it took many trays to get it to. Open
Worst ever !!! When you find someone's dirty underpants, food and remains of the food in the microwave and refrigerator, plus dirty linen on the bed and piles of dust under the desk table ... and complaining to the front-desk does not help much ... and they offer you 5 or 10$ off (on a nearly 200$ bill) it is really something you will never forget... After staying in more than 150 different motels and hotels in USA, this one is by far the worst experience. Avoid it at any cost!
Location from I40, comfort, cleanliness, pet friendly, wifi
We enjoyed pool, comfortable room and friendly and helpful staff.
Stayed four days and wished there could be at least a tiny variation for breakfast. Also wifi strength was quite variable.
Location was good and the bed was comfortable.
Being pet friendly, our room still had enough pet dander to kick up our allergies. Fabreeze to the rescue!
Beautiful property. Rooms were very spacious and well appointed The breakfast was nice and well stocked. Staff was very nice and helpful.
The beds were a little on the hard side.
Good position not so far away from the city and the main attractions.
They gave us a dirty room. There where some cigarette butts inside the night table and the bathroom was dirty. However they gave us a clean room as soon as we asked. Break Very poor breakfast for a hotel like this.
One of the best La Quinta locations - highly recommend it especially for business traveller
location was great to access all surrounding areas, room was clean and quiet, staff was helpful and friendly
The dirty looking/scuffed bathroom floor. Sink with slow drain. Bedside lamps not working. Water on shelf in closet. A.C. in room was freezing and if adjusted would start blowing warm air. Slowest elevator ever.
No locks on the bathroom doors
Happy with stay, staff, room and breakfast
