Score from 51 reviews Good
Close to the Interstate, but still more quiet then typical hotel construction. Clean and spacious room.
Elevators were a bit on the shoddy side.
Several eating locations nearby. Front desk staff friendly.
The location of the building is right next to I-40. I can tolerate a lot of noise, more than the average person I suspect, and the freeway noise was bad. I would not stay here again. In addition two light bulbs in the room were burned out. Breakfast unremarkable so I didn't even bother with it.
Comfortable beds and lots of space. Nice layout and ample closet/drawer space. Plenty room for a crib. Lots of bathroom counter space!
We had disruptive neighbors that took forever to be kicked out of the hotel in the middle of the night. The security guard seemed to be doing his best, but that was a rough night with no sleep. The bathroom was unkept (damaged door, no lock, and not very clean floors). There was no refrigerator, which we could have really used because going to get ice several times a day became a pain. Some lights didn't work in the room, or couldn't be turned on individually, which was annoying.
Never stayed in a La Quinta Inn before but will definitely be staying in one again in the future. The price was very reasonable and the beds and pillows were very comfortable.
Pool was locked before closing
Staff was welcoming to our 2 cats vs. the typical poor attitudes you get when traveling with pets.
Employees were very friendly. Enjoyed breakfast.
When we were dissatisfied Keith our room we were promptly switched
Dismal shabby decor Generally okay but no amenities
Room was clean but a little shabby. Could perhaps use some paint and redecorating. Check in and access easy.
Room comfort and cleanliness
Access to local restaurants required getting back in the car and breakfast was nothing to rave about.
We enjoyed the room and hotel.
We did to like seeing the dirt on the bathroom doors.
Enclosed area for dogs to run off leash. Pet stations around property. Proximity to Interstate. Clean property. Friendly front desk staff. Surprisingly quiet. Free Wi-Fi.
I loved the room it was very nice. The female that worked the front was very nice and curtious
the security guard was weird I pulled up to Hotel and he right away came at me and said do you have a reservation here, yes of course I do why would I park in front. He irritated me. Also the room we slept in was on the side of the hwy and we could hear all the traffic.
Dogs barking, dogs & cats in facility; litter box on top of trash container for 3 days before being gone; when booking this property; booking.com did not inform us this was a pet friendly hotel
Hot breakfast and accommodation
The staff was really good about answering about places to eat
It is right on the interstate and you hear the interstate traffic all night.
The hotel is located in west Albuquerque & we were tired of driving. Front desk personnel very pleasant. Room comfortable & breakfast was very good.
Our only complaints is #1 rough toilet paper, and #2 the breakfast room did not have non-stick spray for waffle maker.
Very close to Old Town Albuquerque... literally about 5 minutes just the other side of Rio Grande.
Access to I-40 was a bit tedious (no left turn and no easy u-turn). There is a short-cut from hotel but we found out too late.
Bed Location Staff was very nice Safe location
Breakfast should have more variety
Helpful and friendly desk clerk. Enclosed area, with Gazebo, where our 2 dogs could exercise off leash. Pet Stations all around property. Room was clean and no odor even though old stains were faintly visible in commercial carpet (surprising!) The King size bed was nice! Loved all the power outlets at the desk in the room and strong Wi-Fi signal on property.
One-cup-at-a-time coffee maker producing weak flavored coffee.
Didn't have good wifi connection in our room
The area was nice and convienient; right off of I-40.
My room was uncomfortable. The door could not close all the way. I had to put a chair against it. It locked. I was scared that someone might come in while I slept. I was up most of the time and did not get enough rest/sleep. I had to unplug the air conditioning to turn it off. The bathroom was old (tub, sink, toilet). There were no body wash, only soap, which I can't use. There were no other rooms available. I thought the cost was too much for a room like that.
Roomspace， breakfast are good
