No toiletries. Just stop. The beds were more like twins then fulls or queens. The bed we had sunk in pretty deep in the middle
I liked everything from staff to breakfast. Staff was friendly. The facilities were immaculate. I would stay there again.
The staff was friendly and the location was good - near the freeway.
The bed was very soft. It was not as clean as I hoped it would be.
Coffee and comfy bed
Wish they would have bacon or sausage with their breakfast.
Sam was very attentive to my families needs. We are going thru some things and he has made our stay stress free.
Location was good for our interests...
Beds could be a bit wider.
closeness to exam center and restaurants
Too loud people drunk and obnoxious yelling and acting dumb in hallway all night didn't sleep at all. Sliding door broken couldn't open and wouldnt lock.
Nice location to theme parks
The room was too cramped :(
No microwave or small refrigerator. I would expect an "Inn and Suites" to at least have that.
The location was great. The Staff was very friendly & helpful. The Room was clean & quiet. The curtains/shades kept the light out very well. The people staying at the hotel was also friendly. The bed was comfortable for me (but not for my spouse)
Didn't have AMC cable channel so I missed my favorite show (The Walking Dead). Didn't have much of a selection to choose from for breakfast. (The best thing was the Waffles.) Didn't see any non-caffeine Tea. The pillows were not firm enough. Some of the lights in our room didn't work. The door key didn't work to well.
Room was clean and I should have been able to get a nice sleep with my family but..........
Room next door was noisy and using profanity - Not great to hear with young kids. They were either loud or walls too thin. Woken up at 11, 2 and 4 AM by the noise. Complained each time - Barely anything done. Had to threaten the occupants myself to get them to quiet down. Kids got no sleep - Even too loud for them. Never again on La Quinta - They would rather let noisy guests stay than do the right thing.
Location was good. walking distance to some nice food establishments.
Booked a room with no pets, and was put on a hall with multiple pet owners. Heard barking at night. Had young children, and everywhere we walked in hotel there was a strong scent of marijuana.
The hotel was clean
The hallways and rlevators were scorching hot, and our room did not cool down properly.
The bed was comfy. The view was great! Most of the staff was very friendly. Free WiFi is always a plus.
The floor in the room was not cleaned well. The bathroom was dingy. The breakfast is not full continental. It's basically cold items (if that's what you prefer then it's great). Of the cold items, the boiled eggs were old (caution). The business "center" is one single computer. If you have things to do, bring your own. I thought that because this location was recently renovated, that it'd be a lot nicer. Renovation must have meant a new paint job and tapestries.
Closed to knotts berry farm
Breakfast wasn't the best unlike all the other choice hotels I stayed at. No hot breakfast.
My sister and I headed to CA for a last-minute vacation on a college budget before we headed off to school. This hotel was perfect! Throughout our stay, the concierge staff was very friendly and accomodating, the room was spacious, clean, and inviting, and breakfast was great. Out of the four hotels we stayed at for our CA excursion, this was at the top of the list. Breakfast included make-your-own waffles, bagels, muffins, toast, boiled eggs, yogurt, tea/coffee, juice, and 'fresh' fruit (basic apples/oranges). They continued to restock the breakfast items up throughout breakfast time, so there was no stress about missing out!
While the location is great for anyone visitng Disneyland (just a few mins away), it was about 30-45 mins from downtown LA. For us, however, that wasn't too bad. But hey, if I have to pick something out, that would be it (along with one other thing). And that other thing would be a fitness center. Again, nothing horrible. The fitness center is adequate for those looking for a quick workout while on vacation, but for fitness addicts (like myself, who's main criteria for choosing a hotel is by grading it's fitness center), I would not rely heavily on this gym. They had two treadmills, an elliptical, a bike or two, and a few select free weights. The treadmills were functional, but boy were they in need of a desperate upgrade. I didn't use much of the other machines except for the elliptical for a bit. Again, the fitness center was definitely functional, but not exactly the best.
Staffs are nice and day have pretty decent breakfast.
lots of place to eat near by not much traffic around size of the room
noise (talking and laughing) from the neighbor smokers around the back door bathroom door.. double door!
I reserve a room with queen beds and the hotel not had queen beds any hotel's has refrigerator and microwave and not had. The bathroom was too
The manager Sam Elkurd has no idea what customer service is. He is very rude, unaccommodating, and treats guests like they are beneath him. I have no idea how he is a manager for this place or anywhere. I will never stay there again nor recommend it to my worst enemy.
-The room is clean -The location is surrounded by restaurant and there is a grocery store nearby - this hotel also offer an express check out which add more to your convenience
- the breakfast menu needs more variety
Clean very friendly staff super location
Very nice staff with exception of General Manager.
General Manager made a very crucial mistake in dealing with me in regards to the payment of my reservation. Finally paid through Expedia as opposed to bookings.com huge mistake as Expedia never forwarded reservation although I was billed through my Google Wallet account for which I provided documentation. Gm chose to assume Expedia was correct that I never placed the reservation and therefore hadn't paid for my room. My secretary had made the reservation for me through her account. It did take time to figure out. In the interim the gm accused me of nonpayment and asked me to leave the property. Even after I had stayed well past my scheduled departure time just to make sure everything was taken care of. I will never return nor will I ever recommend this facility until I have been either compensated for my troubles or the gm is removed. I travel 6 months out of the year on business. I have never been do insulted in my life.
