Great price and nice breakfast.
The room was clean and comfortable. Perfect for a weekend stay.
The T.V. lost signal several times throughout the evening. I had to call the front desk. After the call it still didn't work consistently for an hour or so.
Everything was great!
good location and staff. Fair pricing, clean room.
Air conditioning was not working, staff made little to no attempt to fix this issue. We opted to leave early.
The bathroom was not clean enough toilet was still dirty
Doing nothing and enjoyed my space.
Breakfast was good with friendly staffs
Smoke smell in the elevator very unpleasant.
Very quiet and away from the highway's. Room was very clean and no smells.
The only thing they could do better is breakfast. They only had hard boiled eggs as the only protein food.
Staff and Parking
Smoke smell inside elevators and the lobby area..
I liked that the staff tried to accommodate us the best they could, but due to the overwhelming of guests it was to no avail. Breakfast was also a positive; just wish that there were bacon and fried eggs...LOL
Even though,it was suppose to be a non-smoking room, the covers had holes burnt in them and the reek of the smell cigarettes smoke was almost definitely unbearable. There weren't any room available due to the 22nd Annual Jazz Festival. I really needed a refund!
The desk staff were awesome. I really liked both of the gentleman I dealt with at check in and check out.
I got a smoking room when asked for a non smoking one. There was still trash in the can under the sink from the previous guest and there was hair on the bathroom floor.
The location was good for the event I had planned.
The rooms were dirty. There were dead bugs on the floor and old food.. the walls were nasty. The TV screen looked like it hadn't been touched in mths. Definitely need to pay more attention to detail.
The facility was clean and comfortable The front desk staff very friendly and hospitable
We had to shovel out car out of the snow, drive way was not cleared
Staff was courteous and helpful; Most especially, Ayo.
Run the vacuum more often, and not just down the center.
Staff are efficient, friendly, and accomodating... especially evening shift. Front desk staff phoned room to check if everything is ok as expected.
Tight space for two bed accomodation.
It's very quite and peaceful. A nice place for somebody who needs to rest, relax and run away from the madness in the city, like I just did. It really suited my need.
Not sure as I really slept most of the time.
The folks at the front desk were so friendly and engaging. The rooms were clean.
The halls were dirty and the building seemed dated.
Price wa competitive, staff (especially Ayo at the front desk) were very friendly and accommodating.
Hotel lobby had a smell, some units were smoking units which was gross. They gave us a dirty room, but it was immediately fixed when we brought it to their attention.
Location, close to what I need to conduct my business
The coffee in the room was atrocious. Did the buyer really tasted it when they bought it?
Size of room. Friendliness of staff. Willingness to assist in what ever way possible (on part of staff members). Location off highway (not too close yet not too far).
Sound transmission from hallway in to room at all hours. Exterior door from lower parking lot was not usable with room key, had to walk up stairs to gain access to building. No safe in room.
The staff was excellent. the location was great to get around to Baltimore or Washington. Breakfast had a great variety.
Breakfast ended a little too early at 9. 9:30 or 10 would have been better.
