Nice, clean facility with friendly staff
Room was nice.
Didn't care for the breakfast.
-Location **** -And they didn't charge us for the 2 room even though they were almost sold out. - Continental breakfast ***
We booked 2 rooms. 1st - room; bed sheets were not made up. It seems like someone was sleeping there right before our arrival. Ours were late arrival. We checked it after mid-night. We called in the front desk and the guy told us that he is the only person at the front desk and he can't fixed our room. Sheets were dirty, restroom was not clean. They gave us another room after many arguments back and forth (finally). They also didn't charge us for the room. Now for the 2nd room, it was much better than the 1st one however; it was also NOT clean. Especially the bed sheets and pillow sheets. At that point we were extremely tired (we drove from Vegas with stop over at Hoover) I didnt even bother saying anything and just went to bed. This will be our last time we will ever go to this chain. The only good thing was their location :-) also they allow pets and a dog on the side of our room barked most of the night and morning. Again, I didn't complain was too tired and disappointed. Over all v.v bad experience! :-(
Rooms are not suites like I expected. Had to rent one more room.
The bed to bad
Hotel was clean and front desk staff was very friendly. Bed was comfortable.
Could have used a few more channels on TV.
Noise in room was horrible!! We were told nothing could be done. Did not sleep!
Clean and warm room
Too many pets in other rooms. Could hear dogs barking all night through the walls.
Good bed Great location Good breakfast
Bathroom floor was kinda dirty
Nice sized room.
Breakfast was lacking in protein.
Lovely spacious bathroom, good beds. Glad to have the fridge for our travel food.
the room was a 2 bed room, but it only had 1 chair. And it only had 1 luggage rack. The elevators had plastic decor peeling off the walls.
staff very helpful
false alarm early morning five times and bath towels not clean
All the facilities
The location and ability to have our dog.
The hallways and furnishings are looking worn and dated.
Close to NAU nice area
Elevator needs repar breakfast poor
All the staff was friendly.
The shower was awful; the fiberglass tub would drop down in certain spots. I thought I was going to drop through the floor while taking a shower. I requested a room for 3 people but they didn't "have" a rollaway bed AND the generous housekeeping staff gave us 1 towel each. The "hot" breakfast consisted of make your own waffles. This stay was not worth the $120 a night price. I will not stay there again.
The staff is highly accommodating and the location can't be beat. Nice job with the breakfast.
Public areas need some serious attention. Broken/damaged parts in the elevator, carpets that are dirty and stained.
Close to freeway yet very quiet. Didn't notice any traffic noise at all.
Slow check in. Probably because it was shift change.
Dogs barking all nt.long this is a doggy hotel .
Follow up on the room after I entered it.
Room was clean and big and comfortable
Not enough parking had to drive around many times waiting for someone to leave this was very inconvenient.Price was very high but was inline with other hotels in the area.
Location & room was nice.
At night, the room was so hot & stuffy that I couldn't sleep. Continental breakfast was one of the poorest ever. Expensive room! Especially when sleep horrible.
Location was close to freeway
Breakfast was terrible
couldn't smoke in room
