Nice sized room.
Breakfast was lacking in protein.
Lovely spacious bathroom, good beds. Glad to have the fridge for our travel food.
the room was a 2 bed room, but it only had 1 chair. And it only had 1 luggage rack. The elevators had plastic decor peeling off the walls.
staff very helpful
false alarm early morning five times and bath towels not clean
All the facilities
The location and ability to have our dog.
The hallways and furnishings are looking worn and dated.
Close to NAU nice area
Elevator needs repar breakfast poor
All the staff was friendly.
The shower was awful; the fiberglass tub would drop down in certain spots. I thought I was going to drop through the floor while taking a shower. I requested a room for 3 people but they didn't "have" a rollaway bed AND the generous housekeeping staff gave us 1 towel each. The "hot" breakfast consisted of make your own waffles. This stay was not worth the $120 a night price. I will not stay there again.
The staff is highly accommodating and the location can't be beat. Nice job with the breakfast.
Public areas need some serious attention. Broken/damaged parts in the elevator, carpets that are dirty and stained.
Close to freeway yet very quiet. Didn't notice any traffic noise at all.
Slow check in. Probably because it was shift change.
Dogs barking all nt.long this is a doggy hotel .
Follow up on the room after I entered it.
Room was clean and big and comfortable
Not enough parking had to drive around many times waiting for someone to leave this was very inconvenient.Price was very high but was inline with other hotels in the area.
Location & room was nice.
At night, the room was so hot & stuffy that I couldn't sleep. Continental breakfast was one of the poorest ever. Expensive room! Especially when sleep horrible.
Location was close to freeway
Breakfast was terrible
couldn't smoke in room
Nice rooms, very helpful staff (especially the front desk). Comfortable beds. Close to the freeway entrance. Many restaurant options nearby for meal options and the Olive Garden allows dogs on the patio.
No pay per view option on the TV. Bed sheets were a bit threadbare. Free morning breakfast was a little light on options and most of it was gone by 9AM.
Loved the pool area and gazebo and how pet friendly it was
The cost was a little high
Pet friendly is a great place to stay with your dog!
The breakfast was lacking needs some hot eggs and bacon and some donuts
Pool area, breakfast was ok. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was a good size
Couldn't walk to centre as it was a bit too far- but not the hotels fault- would stay here again
Smell of bathroom
-Customer Service -Rooms could have been cleaner since they allow pets. -Called front desk to have housekeeping come because I was leaving for a few hours. Came back 5 hours and no one had come. Tried to call front desk and no one answered.
We booked what was advertised as a suite, however when we arrived they put us into a single room with two beds! Didn't bother to upgrade us after informing front desk that the accommodations wouldn't work with 4 adults 1 child. Needless to say we didn't stay and will not consider staying at a LaQuinta ever again. They lost our business and will pass the word along to our friends and family.
What you pay is what you get. Very pet friendly.
No minibar refrigerator in the room.
Good location Comfortable beds Liked the late check out time
Bathroom tub not clean Toilet did not flush well Room not very clean
