Fast efficient service. Good value for dollar. Easy access to business amenities. Bed uncomfortable, pillows in particular. Air conditioning in room did not work - room very hot in evening.

Their pet policy. At the last minute we had to bring our dog. Thank goodness we didn't need to kennel him. We also left a favorite shirt of my husbands and they were going to look for it. We have stayed twice and will again.

A good distance from nyc and close to Shirley, ny where the person I went to visit lives. Maid knocked on the door a bit early to clean, around 10am est.

Person at front desk not very helpful. I arrived early at 12:30, before the check in time, which was 15:00 hrs. Room was not ready, and I have asked to leave the luggage in the hotel, but clerk told me that was not possible. Apart from that, everything else was good.
