Everything worked fine.

Location and accepts pets. Stayed here in April 2014 but the room was nicer than this time. Still a good place to stay for pets and for location. About half a block or less to Walmart and Cracker Barrel.

Room had a bad smell. But went away after turning on bathroom vent.
It let my small dog stay with no extra charge.

No buiseness room. Not much restaurants near the hotel
Easy to find in Las Cruces. Quiet
March 5, 2015
no fridge or microwave in room, bed was too hard for my needs. The motel was hard to find for someone not from the area, I guess I just expected more for my money..
good staff, great breakfast.
March 3, 2015
Breakfast was lacking: only 9:00 am, but milk jugs empty, no coffee creamers, no jams & bread was dry & hard (poorly staffed). Hotel location was good, but room location by exit door was noisy. No fridge or mike in room.
Nice, clean and comfy. Friendly staff.

Some kind of crime scene outside of hotel a little scary.
Bed and pillows super comfy.
February 19, 2015
We tried in advance for a ground floor room, but we got in late and evidently they were full up on the ground floor. So, third floor it was.
The room was comfortable and clean and we were able to have our well behaved dog with us. Easy check out.

Location next to a shopping district, easy to be reached. Useful hotel for an overnight stay
February 5, 2015
Could hear noise from room above us.
Comfortable beds. Modern rooms.

There were no hot eggs for breakfast, only hard boiled. I need something besides carbs.
Bed is very comfy. It was clean!

Pleasant little hotel, nice staff, but no fridge and microwave as there were in other similar La Quinta's. Breakfast filled a void but nothing to write home about.
January 20, 2015
Pillows and bed extremely hard. I felt like somebody had punched me in the ear for two days after sleeping on pillows. AC/heater was in need of repair and was really load when it kicked on. Television so low on table you can't see it from the bed.
Location was good

Continental breakfast did not include scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, if you like that kind of breakfast item(s). While driving to Las Cruces, I tried 3 times to call the hotel and my calls were never picked up, although I let the phone ring no less than 6 times each call. I couldn't get an AARP discount because I booked the reservation online. Somehow I missed that warning.
If location and comfort matter when staying in a hotel, this place is for you. The La Quinta Inn & Suites Las Cruces Organ Mountain is in close proximity to I-10 corridor made this hotel a great choice. The king bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. Very little noise pollution occurred, even when a group of young people were congregated in the lobby, which was close to our room. While we only occupied the room during early morning and late evening hours, we did watch a little TV. Cable stations that are not normally available, were on last weekend, which is a plus. (It could have been a free week of cable offerings to recruit subscribers). It was nice to watch something other than the sitcoms typically offered.) Lastly, this hotel is in walking distance of a WalMart that is fairly clean and friendly, a convenience store, and a Cracker Barrel restaurant. FYI...There is a La Quinta Inn across the road. It has an Avenida de Mesilla address, while this hotel has a HIckory Street address.

Bed wasn't the most comfortable and towels were stiff/itchy. Breakfast didn't seem that great
The location of the hotel is very convenient to the interstate and nearby gas and food so it is ideal for a pit stop when traveling along I-10. Front desk staff were professional and friendly. Room was clean.

It's a bit old and needs some updating. The breakfast could use improvement. Everything is cold except for waffles, which I don't eat. All other LaQuintas I have stayed provides hot eggs and turkey sausage. I am a protein girl so I prefer that.
Bed is very comfortable. Staff is very nice and service is great.

Location, staff, comfortable room, wonderful breakfast
December 11, 2014
The hotel staff was very helpful in helping us find LaPosta an excellent Mexican restaurant in the Mesilla historical area which was the perfect place to unwind after driving across the country.

Had a little trouble finding a clerk when I checked in.
Clean facilities Nice rooms

I asked for an upper floor quiet room, but there was a guest in the floor above my room and he/she were extremely heavy-footed, banging on the floor very often.
Location; great desk clerk named Samantha who was charming and very helpful.

Bit too close to the freeway.
staff, comfort, ocean scene and sound effects on TV.

don't have coffee, just Nescafe!!
October 31, 2014
location. it could be confusing on where to go. before you take a right turn onto the street, there is another La Quinta across the street on the corner. the one we needed was down the street behind another closed hotel. odd.
place was clean and plenty of parking. shower was strong. i always want a good shower.

It was perfect in every way. When we called 2 days later looking for the pillows we had left, the staff knew immediately where they were. The wonderful manager mailed the pillows to us immediately, and they arrived in perfect condition just two days later. The mgr. & staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. We look forward to many more stays at this La Quinta!
Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. All of our room requests were followed to perfection. The room was updated, clean and very quiet with a perfect bed. We brought our mid - sized dog with us and even he was delighted with his stay. This hotel receives my highest marks as a Pet Friendly hotel and the special outside walk. Area. Cracker Barrel is next door, so we had a nice dinner in the room with Ricky.
October 6, 2014
The breakfast was ridiculously poor. The orange juice machine was broken and then the apple juice was shut down. Only coffee. No pastries, no waffles, no eggs-- only cereal. Not a typical La Quinta Inn.
Soft beds. Quiet room since there wasn't anyone on a Wednesday night.
