room and facility was in poor conditions. A lot of issues
The staff at the front desk was pretty good. They tried to be helpful.
The food was pretty bad. It was normal hotel food, but a lot of it was gone and not replaced. No yogurt or eggs. The air conditioning was broken and I had to be moved to another room; but it wasn't cleaned until after 4:30 and I had to wait in the lobby. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
The food wasn't very good either. No yougurt, no eggs for protein.
The hotel staff didn't know what they were doing and I got charge for an extra night.
Nice layout and decorating in room, great bed and much cleaner than the last LaQuinta or Comfort Inn we stayed in....liked the option of the pool and weight room though we didn't use them! Nice accommodating staff and free morning paper...a beautifully decorated and arranged room
TV remote very difficult to use...very low toilet and some minor repair needs...like entry door problem and noisey shower turnoff. Not a lot of good options for breakfast, but okay
Bed was comfy
Were put in a pet room without being warned
shower needs fan
Great value. It was clean, comfortable, affordable, and included breakfast.
The swimming pool was to warm.
Excellent value for money. Very clean and comfortable
Somewhat hidden from the avenue. Entrance sign almost invisible- had to circle the block twice.
Was traveling to enroll granddaughter in school UVU so location was excellent.
It is Pet Friendly, our room was on bottom floor and had many urine stains, I became sick from the room. Had to move to 4th floor after 2nd night. Third day A/Cs were not working in the lobby and halls.
Great front desk service and I really like your Military discount and special value program for Military.
Though we had reservations for 5 nights, they always thought we were staying for one night. Had to get a new key 3 of the five days. Breakfasts were not good and all but Sunday morning, no one kept the place clean, bins filled etc. Shower head was horribly dirty. Stayed at a Hampton Inn after leaving Provo, and it was 100% better.
Good facilities. Friendly staff. Clean.
The breakfast selection wasn't the greatest, then again it is free. They seemed to be understaffed at the front desk. The wait time was quite a while to talk to someone. The WiFi was really slow.
Breakfast time too short.
The room decoration was excellent. It was also very comfortable for the price.
I didn't like having to wait until 8:00 pm to get a room There excuse was they were busy the night before and housekeeping was short handed. Not what I wanted to hear
We have had an evacuation because of a fire alarm. Next day, we didn' t got a reaction of the management. Like it never has happenend.
Bed was big and comfy
bathroom had a funky smell. Appeared clean but... Also, most of the outlets in my room didn't work. Had to unplug the lamp to charge my phone. Microwave didn't work.
The location is excellent and walking distance from UVU campus and shops. The layout decor of the rooms are pleasant and inviting, and technical in good working order. Good atmosphere, nice view on mountains. Reception is extremely helpful and professional. The selfhelp waffle machines at breakfast lifts breakfast from below average to something special. When visiting again, will for sure return to this hotel.
The quality of the room service needs supervision and quality control. I stayed for 5 days. Not once did the staff wash the bath, clean the bathroom mirror or vacuumed the carpets. This was the only damper on an almost perfect stay.
The free breakfast was nice. The room was a good size. Location is great.
The walls are paper thin.. Could hear the neighbors next to us. The hotel smelled like smoke.. Even though it's a smoke free hotel. We stayed there two nights. Our room was never cleaned.
The look & feel of the room. The amount of space. The bed was soft & the room smelled clean.
The bathroom needed something different. The room weren't soundproof enough. The fridge was to small.
Dog barking most the night in an adjacent room. No hot water in the morning.
large spacious rooms. Free Wifi
Breakfast was OK but could do with some more variation. A bit boring after a week.
The hotel was old and filthy. We were greeted by a huge, brown, fuzzy spider upon entericy the bathroom.
Convenient location, renovated rooms, comfortable room, bed, good complimentary breakfast
Our room was located near the only 3 smoking rooms in the hotel, so it didn't give a good impression when we got off of the elevator and saw some sort of electronic devices in the hallway trying to dispel the cigarette odor. Luckily our room did not smell like cigs, otherwise we would have complained. Not sure WHY they had to have smoking rooms. It's a law in Utah,no smoking In public areas.
