Appreciate the pet-friendly environment
Noise-abatement between rooms seems minimal
Nicely updated rooms, food, pool etc
Staff was pleasant and helpful with directions. Breakfast had a wide variety. Beds were comfortable.
The entrance is weird and confusing. The air conditioner had a horrible smell. The pool was small and there is no hot tub/jacuzzi At 9:15 the second morning we were there, the breakfast was out of yogurt and biscuits and no one came to restock. There was no do not disturb sign to leave on the door.
Clean. Good utilities. Nice staff. Walking distance from stuff. Pool. Business center. Gym. Tv. Internet. Fridge. Microwave.
Hallway floor was wet when I went outside to smoke. Hallway smelt like pot twice during my stay, but I told the staff and they fixed it.
Our room, the lobby & the staff were all great!! Our bed was VERY comfortable & the room clean! The coffee was great at the continental breakfast. We also appreciated the newspaper.
Too many DOGS!!! There was dog urine in the breakfast area!! Dogs SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED where there's food preparation & eating.
Nice size room, bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was perfect. Good breakfast selection.
We were in room 221 and there is a leak in the ceiling from the room above. I was seriously worried every time I got in the shower that the bubble was going to burst and the the tub above me would come crashing in on me. You might want to have it looked at.
Convenient location, reasonable price, pet friendly, quite good breakfast, clean, comfortable.
Needs updating, grounds around hotel not attractive, limited parking
Staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable. Room was decent size. The Banana Muffins were good.
Our room smelled of cigarette smoke. Hard to access hotel location. Could see it but was very hard to get in. Had to enter Costco parking lot. Refrigerator never got cold. Stayed here to earn points and found out I had no balance and my points had expired.
Room was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly. Easy to locate. Indoor pool was clean. Breakfast was provided. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.
Limited parking. It was hard to find a parking spot. I walked down to the front desk to request clean towels because we showered when we arrived due to a 18 hour car drive there. They asked me why I needed towels and told me I had to give my dirty ones before I could receive clean ones. I found that a bit strange. I travel often for work and never had a problem requesting towels.
Quiet and elevator.
Hard to find, traffic from Costco drives through parking lot, outdated rooms, chunks of dirt and plastic on floor of room, soap foam on surface of tub and edging, breakfast marginal quality.
We liked to location of the hotel.
For us it was fine. The facility has great amenities and bed comfort was the best. After our stay Our mishaps recognized by Mgt gave percentage off a future stay. Separation of families and adults without children seemed great.
Our family who traveled with us were ignored reporting they're room had missing towels. The staff seemed to be unprofessional. Young staffers. No coverlets on beds. It was left unfinished in room prep. Details were left unresolved while staying. The noise by their room was highly unreasonable at 3:00 am. However it was a very busy season. The hotel was full with Youth Soccer season.
Comfortable place to stay. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good. Thank you.
I liked the updated rooms. I felt like I was getting my money's worth, room wise. I was comfortable.
The hotel outside of the rooms was outdated, dirty looking almost. The food was what you would expect, nothing great.
We like the location, beds, breakfast, and the helpfulness of the staff.
We didn't like having the vanity sink near the door.
it was next to Costco! easy shopping
you can hear everything thru the walls, and in the hall way, and breakfast was not that great, mini crock pots for oatmeal, didn't seem inviting!
Bed was really comfy, room was well-appointed and plenty of parking was appreciated.
Breakfast food was poor in taste and variety, the light in my bathroom was burnt out and there was no one to replace it for hours so I showered in the dark, and the pillows were wimpy.
Friendly & helpful staff. Readily proffered list of area restaurants. Prompt attention to problem---our hairdryer died, and they replaced it immediately. Good hot breakfast, and Wi-Fi in room, neither mentioned on web. Business center.
Difficult access. The hotel shares a driveway with Costco's deliveries, and one can only turn into the hotel's parking at one point. Parking lot is tight, too. One can only turn right when exiting, but a U-turn is possible almost immediately.
The bed (once with clean sheets) was comfortable.
You come to expect a certain standard when paying mid-range (100/night) at a chain hotel. This hotel certainly did NOT meet them. So I will sum it up for those who don't want to read further: Don't stay here. Plenty of others to choose from. Okay, so to start: There is plenty of parking but the spaces are tiny and so there is no concierge area to drop-off or sign in. I was by myself, so I had to park on the far end of the building. No biggie, I figured I would a little walking (although it was after ten at night and I was by myself...a bit unnerving) but I thought I could just come back to my car and carry my bags up through the far-end entrance. Well, I got checked in and asked where the nearest entrance to my room was. There were NO other entrances! Only the front entrance. Very, very odd. So I was forced to carry all my my stuff the full length of the dark parking lot and then again down the full length of the hallway. I got to my room and while it was a descent room, and I would say that standard-wise for look, etc, it would hover in the mid-range for class. However, when I pulled back the sheets to do my inspection (ALWAYS check the sheets!) There were hairs ALL over inside of it, and make-up stains. There were pubes in the shower. Disgusted, I tried to call the front desk. The phone didn't work. After three attempts I discovered that if I wiggled the cord he could hear me. I nicely explained that I needed clean sheets. He brought me ONE. When I explained the whole bed needed to be changed he said he would go get be some and came back and then asked if I wanted HIM to change it? I said I would be happy to do it, although I didn't book a 100/night room so that I could change my own sheets! He moved me across the hall into a larger room. That bed looked okay. I appreciated the move. It was now 11 at night and I really just wanted to go to sleep after a 7+ hour drive through horrendous traffic and rain.
location to freeway was good, they had directions for area places as well as restaurants posted in the lobby - easy to see and refer to
water was turned off for about 1.5 hours
The staff was very helpful in finding places to eat.
It was a little difficult to find.
The staff at the front desk were great. Pool was warm and clean.
