Rooms are big. Heater is so quite

The toilet was plugged so it did not flush completely. The desk clerk tried to fix it with a plunger, only half worked after that. We were offered another room, but since we were ready for bed and off in the morning, we endured.
All things considered, a good price.

The driveway entrance is poorly placed and the signs indicating it are placed beyond the entrance so that by the time an out-of-town guest sees the sign, they've already missed the driveway. Once entering the drive-way … there are no signs to point the way to the side entrance, which is NOT visible. Much confusion and frustration for late-rainy-night arrival in unfamiliar territory. Also, there is no easy proximity from the front of the inn to the pavement leading to restaurants or even to the Burger Drive In next door. The only delivery service available was from a Pizza house. No on-site availability of food for dinner etc. Cut a sidewalk entry through your junipers to the burger palace, and the sidewalk. Arrange for food delivery service and menus for guests to order from different restaurants in your area. Also, the fiberglass showers are worn and appear dirty or moldy - when they are probably just worn down. Supply of shampoo etc., was insufficient for two.
The location of the building was very convenient for my meeting in Kirkland. The room was right-sized. The heat and AC system easy to find and use. The courtesy breakfast was very nice.

absolutely awful experience. Every person I had to deal with was absolutely awful and extremely rude. Out back at the back entrance there were two guys trying to rob people....The room was unhospitable as the smell in the room was toxic. I stayed 20 mins and left. A refund was not offered.

poor customer service mattress was old and sagged in the middle

central location, free breakfast

This was the highest price I have ever paid here. I have stayed here on numerous occasions. The facility is in need of repair. Carpet in corridor on 4th floor is badly bunched. Bathroom fan is noisy. Breakfast does not compare with facilities that are more reasonably priced. Check with your sister hotel in Boise…the rate was much lower and the breakfast was a hot breakfast…much better. Your prices are going up and your quality is decreasing. Not sure if I will return. Its guys like Greg LaSala that would keep me coming back…his service was excellent but the quality of the facility does not match that. Its too bad that supply and demand and the dollar rule. There was a musty smell in the room. It appears it was a smoking room or that someone had smoked in it even though it states no smoking on the outside.
It was handy for where we were.

Can take a long time from downtown depending on the traffic, the hotel is not looking very fresh
Nice borrow with plenty of restaurants only 5 min away, Easy to find

rooms excessively worn, chipped mirrors, small thin towels. Next to a bus parking lot that is noisy at early am. This is not close to anything except the highway.
Staff was friendly

Needs to be updated. Very tired and old rooms. Noisy construction all around the complex.
Location - close to everything. Friendly staff. Decent price for what we got.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions to get to Safeco field without going on the toll bridge. Thank you Jessie

the hotel is pet friendly, that's fine. what is not fine is the woman across the hall who tied her dog to her open room door and then would go someplace. the dog barked nonstop. management seemed unwilling pur unable to do anything. after a big argument we left in the middle of the night. my advice would be do not stay there.
easy to public transportation

The big issue we had was with the breakfast. Having stayed at a franchise La Quinta near New York City once where the breakfast was fabulous with lots of fruit and healthy hot and cold choices, we were very disappointed with the very very ordinary, limited, and relatively unhealthy offering at this corporate hotel in the La Quinta family. Also, we were quite put off by the styrofoam plates and plastic cutlery (the other hotel had real dinnerware & cutlery). Every morning, I saw 4 full garbage bags of this unrecyclable garbage being taken out. In a state and a city that prides itself on environmental responsibility, we found this to be very bad. All in all the breakfast really turned us off, but we stayed because it was a convenient location for our needs. We spoke to the manager about this and hopefully the corporate policy will be changed. Otherwise, we'll not stay there again on a future visit to see our son.
We stayed for 10 days on a visit to see our son who just started working in Seattle. We rented a car and found the access to major highways in all directions was super. We also travelled a lot by bus to downtown Seattle and it was quite convenient for that too. The room was clean and adequate, the beds comfortable.

It was a lil spendy
August 11, 2014
I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom. It didn't seem to get cleaned thoroughly while we were there. Also, the room was right behind the satellite dishes and felt slightly unsafe.
The Inn was very easy to locate, the staff was helpful and courteous. Loved the restaurants close by. Truly appreciated breakfast on site. Used the laundry facilities and they worked well.
