Typical La Quinta good value and nice facility. Next door to Al's Fries, apparently a local institution.
Clean rooms, looked newly renovated
Heat and shower water took a while to reach comfortable levels
Everything else I'll never stay at another la Quinta thanks to Burlington staff.
Very convenient and easy to find. Near the interstate but not too close.
Breakfast was just so-so.
everything was satisfactory
Friendly staff and cooperative
Location was excellent! Staff was friendly. Room was basic which is all i wanted for a one night stay. Very clean room as well, i use to work as a housekeeper so i always inspect rooms wherever i go. Passed !
Continental breakfast didnt have great options, good thing there were better options around. Indoor pool would have been nice as well.
2 inches of snow overnight not much the hotel can do a bout that though..
Heater and bathroom fans way too loud.
Loud neighbors- dog barking and something dropped loudly on floor at 5:30 am.
Very comfortable and clean room. Helpful staff.
The breakfast choices are not healthy at all. At the very least, fresh juice and a choice of milk or half and half for the coffee. Fresh fruit, such as a banana or apple would be appreciated.
Great location. Clean. Helpfull staff
the heating unit stopped heating.
Bed was comfortable with lots of pillows and ventilation system was good.
I thought the floor in the bathroom didn't look it had been cleaned in a while.
That the shuttle driver was nice enough to take me to the airport before 5:00 a.m.
I was extremely unhappy with the desk clerk who said he had ordered an early morning cab, but clearly did not. Another large party who was leaving at the same time said he told them the same thing. Luckily the driver came in early and we all made our flight.
The close location to the airport and the transportation and driver.
Needs upgrading. Beds uncomfortable and room noisy.
very clean, and polite cleaning staff who stopped by to ask if we needed shampoo/soap/towels later in the day (we had left the do not disturb sign in the door all morning)
the beds were not too comfortable and had 3 pillows (we can't be the only two people who love their 2-pillows-each now, right?). while we both could have slept better, the price was decent and it was close enough to downtown Burlington to make it worth it. would consider staying here again, but would also look at other options.
You could hear all of the other people entering and leaving their rooms, it was very disruptive to getting a good nights sleep. Facility needs major renovation, room was grossly overpriced.
No hot water Soft beds No maid service Banging doors heard Ceiling tiles water damaged
Nasty surroundings, need new furnishings, carpet, everything! Smelled.
The bed was very uncomfortable, it was very slow to connect to wifi, we ran out if hot water!! I mean c'mon its a hotel how could there be no hot water!!!
Good value Breakfast Location
RUDE front desk personnal
Was on first floor as requested. Comfortable rooms.
As elderly people traveling we find the bathroom facilities challenging in most places we stay. Low toilets, hard getting in and out if tub.
There's really nothing that stands out. It isn't a fancy place, but for what it was, it was fine. It's clean, the people are nice.
The breakfast isn't even breakfast. I'd hesitate to call it a continental breakfast. There was bread for toast, a couple of cereals, and two pieces of fruit. They did have coffee. The pillows were not comfortable, and even after getting more pillows, it was hard to make anything comfortable.
Great shower, comfortable bed and I was warm, carpets were clean. Smokeless and smelt clean. Not far from shops.
Cleaner missed behind the door. Had 3 towels for 4 people. 2 hand towels and 2 flannels/face washers. Bit light on. No bin liners. Place needs updating, it looks a bit old and worn. A coat of paint would help. Very basic breakfast.
horrible bed price for value
