The localiton was excelent. Near from restaurants and the main cities`s museums.
It was very hard to figure out the traffic pattern in the area. But I'm sure you know that. And I realize its is not the Hotels fault.
we liked everting about the hotel as we stayed there last year this year and hope to stay next year again.the hotel is near a lot of shops .
Location very close to new Assembly Railways Station and only a few stops into the city. Shops also very close by. Very friendly and helpful staff and free shuttle to the airport was a bonus.
Breakfast room was very crowded with tables way too close together, it was much better when we ate in the Meeting Room opposite the Breakfast Room. Notices placed on tables (in a couple of languages) asking guests to put their trash in the bins marked would be nice also. Otherwise all was good and would stay there again.
Noises during the night kept me up
Breakfast, assigned smoking room that could not be swirched
Close to airport Close to outlets for shopping. Siz of the bedroom
The toilet overflowed and the support to sort out the mess was not good Only two towels for a double room with 4 adults.
The T is right around the block, plus there is a huge shopping mall directly across the the street with restaurants and outlet stores.
It's loud due to thin walls
It's hard to find a pet friendly hotel anymore that is reasonably priced. The La Quinta was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location for our purposes. It was also easy to get to.
The price was very much better than the other hotels in the neighborhood. The hotel is not luxurious, but a typical budget hotel of an american chain: good bed, good shower, simple, but nicely decorated room, free parking, free wifi, and the best: 15 minutes by car from mit and Harvard.
The neighborhood is ugly, with an industrial look, but not frightning. The hotel entry is strange and ugly. The hotel might need some renewal in some aspects. Light switches are old and used, lift and carpet shows the passage of time. But nothing to compromise, just a remark.
Comfortable. Very pet friendly. Close to activities. Felt safe.
Difficult to get to as an out of town guest. Need more signage?? Had trouble finding and getting to the hotel from the highway.
SIZE OF ROOM, AND AMENITIES IN ROOM. BREAKFAST WAS GREAT! STAFF WAS HELPFUL AND PLEASANT. LOCATION WAS PERFECT FOR US AND THE 99 RESTAURANT NEXT DOOR WAS AWESOME!!!
FURNITURE HAD LARGE STAINS. STAFF TALKING ABOUT PERSONAL ISSUES AMONGST EACH OTHER. WHEN GUESTS COME WITHIN HEARING RANGE THEIR CONVERSATION SHOULD END AND THE CUSTOMER SHOULD BE ACKNOWLEDGED. HOWEVER THAT BEING SAID STAFF WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING!!! THANKS!!!
clean well run hotel
not close enough to downtown or airport (taxi's or subway)
We had no Wi-Fi Phone was not working Refrigerator was unplugged and we did not know, next morning our food was sitting in water that melted off the freezer compartment.
The position and the room
The breakfast is quite poor
Overall a good facility with a pleasant, helpful staff; reasonably priced for Boston area standards. The room was fine, but Wifi was a bit too slow. Breakfast waffles were good. The Legal Seafoods nearby was excellent.
Location next to the interstate was convenient, but the surroundings (across from shopping center) were not very interesting. This was fairly close in to Cambridge, but I still had to deal with major traffic delays the next morning due to construction and/or congestion on all the routes into town.
I feel the towels were entirely to rough and not very comfortable.
close to Boston centre
Bad shuttle service. Driver was uncommunicative. The room was stale and in need of an in depth clean. The walls and curtains were stained and there were large cobwebs by the heater. I did complain but was treated to a shrugging attitude. We were in the room for 8 hours and found the value for money poor. Have stayed at cheaper and better hotels. Would not recommend this hotel.
The Cont. breakfast and the trip to the airport. I thought this was fantastic for a hotel so near the center of the town.
Some of the girls at the desk were not dressed very well.
Our room was clean and comfortable, staffs were kind. Recently (Fall 2014) the subway station near this hotel was set up, so we could reach by train.
10 minites walk from the subway station nearby
Very comfortable bed and good breakfast! The shuttle bus is very convenient, it will send guests to the airport and MGH at the top of each hour. It will also take you to the Sullivan Square to take the subway.
The front-desk clerk were polite, but not enthusiadtic. They never give me a smile from beginning to end.
Easy to get to - Dunkin Donuts nearby for morning coffee
REAKED off smoke; card key machine was broken so we were told we would need to ask to get back in the room; not expected to be repaired for 2 days.
Had to go to Cambridge for work and this was the only thing I found under a 1000 dollars for 3 nights! For this price I expect more.
