Rooms are ok for a night.. Nothing spectacular!
Location -away from main attractions, waterfront, shops. Very average facilities -stay if you have to , for a night.
I didn't like paying an inflated price for substandard, noisy accommodations.
Breakfast was wonderful
Pool needed attention
Wifi, location was ok
Lumpiest bed ever slept on, meant a poor sleep. You can hear all the shouting of other people in hallway through thin door. Quality for price doesn't add up, would rather spend some more to stay elsewhere.
The general appearance of the lobby; hallways, and the room. Everything looked 'tired' and in need of a major overhaul. The property had experienced a flood a few weeks earlier and really was not ready for business.
nice room but surprised to find no refrigerator or microwave
trees in parking lot are putting a sap coating on the cars
The staff were very responsive and friendly. When I had a problem with my room, they moved be immediately to a new.
The water handle in the shower came off in my hand, but they had me in a new room within five minutes. The hotel had been flooded during a heavy rain, so the first floor was undergoing major renovation, but that was not their fault.
Our room was fine and clean
There was a flood a week before we got there, so a lot of the lower portion of the walls was covered in plastic. The tiles were all torn up in the so called breakfast room. The only hot food was a make your own waffle, no meat of any kind, cold hard boiled eggs and the worst coffee ever.
The staff was helpful. The room was very clean. The bed was large.
I was particularly displeased with the TV channel lineup. While they had Fox news, they did not cater to the other political side by providing MSNBC on their lineup. This really makes me angry.
Decent location, friendly staff; close enough to the action in Downtown; best deal for being in the downtown vicinity.
The hotel had flooded the week before, and construction crews were still working on the 1st floor ( but it didn't affect our reservation or stay; Although it's close to downtown, it didn't feel like the best neighborhood.
Plenty of parking and the car park is free. We all had a good nights sleep, room was quiet.
Breakfast area very small.
Compared to other hotels in Portland, this was more reasonable and affordable in price.
No amenities in guest room except for soap and shampoo. Would have liked some body lotion and a shower cap.
Dirty dirty dirty!!! unprofessional staff. Overpriced for the area!!!
The beds were very comfy and the location was good to find downtown harbor and shops.
Freak rain storm flooded parking lot with 3 feet of water taking out everyones car. The back stairs were very slick, i found out, needed nonslip surface on stairs. Breakfast was all muffins, waffles, cereal. No protein. room had a sour smell to it.
Location to the old port was ok
Staff were disinterested Room wasnt cleaned properly Coffee pods and cups werent replaced Rooms lighting was poor
I especially appreciated the shuttle to and from the airport, and the friendly attitude of the drivers, who went above and beyond to get me to the airport on time.
Good Value Friendly Staff Easy to get to and get from Free parking and WiFi Breakfast
Elevator was slow if I had to say anything.
Clean and less than 2 miles from the waterfront.
Firm king bed. Bathroom light replaced within an hour after called front desk at 7:30 pm. Breakfast facilities good selections large dining room.
Clean pool area need to do more more landscaping around area.
Breakfast area too small
Fairly close to downtown Taxi gave us a discount for staying with the hotel The front desk personnel were pleasant and efficient
The building smelled like musty cigarettes
Have nothing to complain about the hotel, but the price.
I thought it was very expensive to spend over 200 dollars a day, after paying only 80 dollars in another hotel, as good as, or even better, in Connecticut.
Convenient off the highway and to other areas, breakfast was good, and fresh coffee all day long is a nice plus!!!
Only one elevator, but what can you do - just wait and be patient
Location. Room was overpriced,
dirty room, hair in bathtub, cob webs hanging from ceiling, trash not emptied, front desk ladies were kinda rude, asked to speak with manager 2 times and also sent email to him but he never bothered to respond
