Staff very helpful.
Breakfast could have had more choice
The hotel was undergoing repair work but that was unavoidable. The location was very industrial and not close to the centre of town.
The room was spacious and we enjoyed making coffee in our room on arrival. Tha staff were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was adequate and with more choice than we had experienced in more expensive hotels.
It was a little bit further out of the city than we had anticipated.
It was not a good experience for the money and I never complain. Expensive. Unfriendly staff. Pets in lobby and our floor. Unfinished construction. Terrible!
Bed was comfortable
Newly redone room. Furniture and decor could not have been cheaper. Mildew around tub. Over priced for this facility
Friendly people, close to downtown, by cap you only pay 10 $.
It's a little bit old.
Very noisy couldn't sleep
Comfortable bed, nice staff, good breakfast selection.
Horrible coffee remind me of the military coffee I drank. And dogs barking til 9 pm. Outrageous cost for vending machines.
Location. - not near downtown. The hotel was obviously under going construction. The lobby and first floor were in disrepair and the front desk made no mention of mess. The room was ok - overpriced for value received.
Baseboards of hallways need to be swept.
Staff wonderful. Room clean. Convient to airport and sites. Not a luxury hotel... But a good place to stay for site seeing. No views of the harbor.. Easy to drive to the Old Port area.
We could hear the shower, flushing of toilets, sounds from the rooms close by.
Location of the hotel was very convienet.
The shower curtain had mold all around the edges. We found a large bug in a tissue box. We found that bug in the morning and was very disgusted. We made sure we checked all our baggage to make sure there was no more bugs. Very un satisfied in the cleanliness of the room.
The bed and room were lovely.I left an article at the hotel and they have been very kind in seeing that it gets returned to me.
Hotel was under construction which would have been nice to know ahead of time.
The first floor was closed from water damage, still the place was working pretty well. Friendly staff.
You will learn patience dealing with the elevator. Only one and it is slow. It also makes alarming noises and shakes. Seems a bit overpriced considering the location and condition.
Rooms are ok for a night.. Nothing spectacular!
Location -away from main attractions, waterfront, shops. Very average facilities -stay if you have to , for a night.
I didn't like paying an inflated price for substandard, noisy accommodations.
Close to Nova Scotia ferry. The whirlpool and the pool were great!
The breakfast left a little to be desired. Continental breakfast doesn't do it for me: nothing hot, too many carbs for a diabetic.
Breakfast was wonderful
Pool needed attention
The staff wouldn't allow a roll away bed in our room because it was a "fire hazard" when all other hotels we have stayed at allowed it. The staff was rude and not nice. Additionally, the breakfast was awful and didn't give a lot of options. It was way over priced for the quality it was providing.
The room, comfortable bed
Very, very cheap looking front-desk, bathroom (not very clean on the coners of the tube). The breakfast area is so gray and cheap looking too.Breakfast had no choices. I'm sorry, we paid $205/night.
Wifi, location was ok
Lumpiest bed ever slept on, meant a poor sleep. You can hear all the shouting of other people in hallway through thin door. Quality for price doesn't add up, would rather spend some more to stay elsewhere.
the hotel had water damage and the oder was hard on my breathing
The general appearance of the lobby; hallways, and the room. Everything looked 'tired' and in need of a major overhaul. The property had experienced a flood a few weeks earlier and really was not ready for business.
