Staff were helpful Room was only serviced on Saturday after prompting. Room was not serviced at all on Sunday. Not 100% comfortable with security. Would have been easy for someone to access the room from outside.

The staffnew was curtious, however incompetant. I just needed a place to sleep, so I booked the hotel. They lost my reservation and ended up charging me more than the room I booked and there was only one bed in the room. It took them about an hour to get us in the new room because they were overbooked. I did not like much. They did not have the reservation I made, so we got a room with less beds than the reservation, and it took them a long time to get us in our new room. This is not the fault of the staff; the hotel is badly run. The internet was weak and the hotel was noisy as well.

The rooms appeared to be remodeled recently. No working shower/bath first night. Transferred to different room where the toilet had not been cleaned and the shower was very complicated to use and time consuming for hot water.

The hotel staff was very friendly! The hotel was quite run down and even though the sheets and towels were clean, the carpets and floors were not.
