Upon arrival I was concerned about the cleanliness of the bathroom. The sink was dirty. So I felt if that was not clean nothing else was. I had Clorox wipes with me so I touched it up myself.
Hotel staff very helpful and friendly.
The barking dog in the room next-door , The hotel staff was unwilling to service my needs!
I didn't like that the tub was stained and that there wasn't any wash clothes available. It was raining so instead of walking to the lobby in the rain to ask for one, we showered with towels.
It was too expensive for what they offered nd comfort was very poor.
We had 2 rooms and they were both not clean and filthy. Our beds had clearly not been washed and had been remade from the previous bedding. There was trash under our beds and hair in the shower. I cannot believe how much we paid the sleep in these disgusting rooms.
bed and internet and restroom good
Room smelled moldy and when go barefoot in room only had black stuff on our feet. Had to wipe feet off to go to bed and carpet moist in places. Smells bad. Doors not good sound barrier, could hear every noise in hall way and many in other rooms talking.
bed is comfortable
Good location and value for a visit to Austin
Breakfast ran out around 9:30 We were double booked upon arrival and almost didn't get a room - had to stay in a room in maintenance.
There was no soap or extra blanket in the room. There was a dirty towel hanging in the bathroom from a previous guest. breakfast ended a bit too early.
Pricing wasn't what I was quoted online and when I tried to show the confirmation prices with taxes included, I was given a snide response that I was wrong. Not to mention a/c issues and tv issues which we were told to wait it out as see if they get better. As a former hospitality employee for many years, I was open and forgiving at first but even I knew what was acceptable..
The parking lot was not well lit.
We had bugs in our gloor, then after they cleaned our room we found four fleas in sheets
We had bugs on our floor, then after they cleaned our room we found four fleas in our bed
Bathroom with pubic hair on floor and bathtub dirty....new staff not knowledgeable
Rooms were clean and comfortable. A/C worked exceptionally well in the Texas heat. Enjoyed the shaded pool area. Quiet considering it was next to I-35. Convenient location to Soco and downtown Austin. Overall stay was great and would stay here again.
Ice machine closest to our room was out of order. When asked the front desk about ice, I was directed to the other side of the hotel and on the second floor. Very inconvenient!! Staff didn't even apologize for the inconvenience.
The carpet was wet in the room. Water was on the bathroom floor. . This was the first room they gave me and they move us to a different room on the second room sink was clot up with water..Could not brush your teeth and wash your face..
too noisy right outside the door
The dirty and stained carpet...the sink and tub kept clogging...the room had a moldy smell to it and no fridge.
Cleaning service realized that we did not want to use the blankets provided and instead made the bed with the blankets that we brough. Hot water in the shower was plentiful.
I could hear the people in the room next to mine which would indicate thin walls. The TV was very loud when it turns on. I am being picky
Clean room, nice linings, great a/c
No small fridge in room
mosquitoes and flies in room; sheets on bed had multiple stains which were unsatisfactory
The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room location was quite, and the breakfast selections were good.
Could have used a small refrigerator and a microwave. Also, the lobby floor was filthy (so much for a first impression) and the waffle iron was not very clean. The Monday morning clerk had on a very repulsive and offending t-shirt when he arrived for work. Thankfully he put on a Co. shirt over it.
The wifi acces was unlimited & about the only source of entertainment since the cable froze for the most part of the 7 days. 1 warm cleaning lady, reanny I think.
Maintenance was very poor. The pool was not cleaned in the 7 days we stayed, all d stair wells stank with stagnant water & something that smelt like pee beneath them. Room service did a shoddy job of cleaning& would not do any cleaning if you weren't there to point out. The toilet had mould under the seats & on d shower curtain. Very poor standard
Did not get room I reserved, room was dirty, and was charged double for room
