Staff Clean Location
More breakfast selections Bathroom door
The location was great and the lobby was beautiful. Staff was friendly. Shower was great .
The bed was extremly too hard and when we would leave our room the Ac was left on cool 68 when it was freezing outside and we had left it off on purpose. Had to ask for a refrigerator , battery for remote and extra towels , room was cleaned every day but towels were refreshed. Room was very small but I guess for New York it's just the way it goes.
Excellent staff. Would go there again
Not enough luggage carts
The location and the comfort of the bed.
The room needed a good dusting. I could write my name on the table stand where the TV was on. The hair dryer was missing off the wall. Other than that, everything was nice.
The hotel was at a good location, the rooms were clean, and the bathrooms were nice.
The water in the shower got very hot and the pillows could have been a little nicer on the bed.
the location The decoration
The room is very small
The bedroom was nicely appointed, comfortable, quiet, and unusually spacious.
The check-in clerks were indifferent, unwelcoming, and dressed too casually for their positions. Breakfast was a cheap, shoddy, carelessly organized and tended affair. Guests had to flock around and wait for empty bins to be filled with bagels and bread. There was no "real" cereal to be had, no fruit, not even a bad apple or green banana. No oj, only aj. Muffins were packaged junk. One small toaster for everyone. And this in an industrial neighborhood where the only alternative for blocks around is a Dunkin' Donuts. How much would it cost to lay out a more welcoming spread? How much to have someone in attendance to keep bins filled and spills cleaned up instead of relying on a distracted cleaning lady to do it?
great place to stay would definitely recommend this hotel. Easy to travel into Manhattan.
Not a negative on the hotel as the hotel was in an industrial Part and sometimes heavy traffic throughout the night I.e lorries
Only a few blocks from a subway station, walking distance to Brooklyn neighborhoods
My room was on a below ground floor, where staff slapped a broom against the window when cleaning in the morning. Bed sheets had marks, bed skirt was ripped, neighbor had a prostitute over. Overall would recommend staying anywhere else in the area.
How clean the hotel was
The room was super small and expensive
the hotel was great! Thanks la quinta... We had a perfect stay!
Very clean; close to subway and a pleasant walk up 13th st to subway.
3d ave is still developing; breakfast options are limited and if you arrive too late (even within breakfast hours) the offerings can be scarce.
Location. Far from the stores and restaurants in park slope. 3rd avenue has nothing
Friendly staff Provided toothpaste
No refrigerator in my room Bathtub drain clogged
room was clean and comfortable
Parking is limited. Breakfast very very poor. Room too small. Not good location. Not good manger and staff
the variety of breakfast available the cleanliness felt safe
I needed food at 10pm and there was not much around - just a Checkers across the road. I could hear other guests in the corridors very easily (and I am a pretty heavy sleeper).
I stayed in a King Suite room which was a good size with comfortable furnishings. The room was clean and things that often go wrong in budget hotels - the AC and hot water - all operated perfectly. It is only a 5 min walk to the subway and the local area seemed safe to walk at night.
Although savings are expected in budget hotels, these can be taken too far. My room had curtains which were not designed to pull across (i.e. display only) leaving only a net which was insufficient to block out light or afford privacy. The bathroom ceiling fan had an irritating click which was a distraction when getting to sleep. The location was close to a subway stop but there are nicer parts of Brooklyn.
Molt malament !! I slept on the floor for the 5 days we were staying in New York because we had made a reservation on booking for a 4 bed bedroom with an extra bed for the 5th person of the group. This possibility was on booking's webstie. The hotel staff did not give us the extra bed and they said they never see the information on booking's website. Booking didn't take any responsability for this. Very very upsetting!
I booked the room for 2 days, I stayed for 5 days. My room was clean. I felt safe, woman traveling alone. It was 3 blks away from subway. There's a Whole Food Store a couple of blks away. Along with several little cute eateries & quaint bars within walking distance.
The location looks like nothings is around but if you walk a blk or two you start seeing all of the cute little places to visit.
Room super clean 3 blocks from the metro Fair price for New York Free parking Good fit for Watchtower visitors (very close)
Breakfast very simple No restroom at the lobby (we used employee's restroom) Short on parking lots Noise on the front rooms No safe room for luggages before/after chech in/check out (we used employee's kitchen).
Clean room Comfy bed Nice TV
Wifi was very bad - either couldn't connect or it was slow Breakfast room was tiny, no options - a single waffle iron for everyone to use, bagels and coffee/juice. The yoghurts/fruit were often not there. Overcharged on booking, the quoted price from booking.com via email had another $150 added to it.
Close to subway, decent neighborhood. Quiet rooms.
Rooms small period not much room to move around. We also took 2 small dogs. The sleep in up around 39 street had outstanding size rooms. But tried this place for a few dollars more. Only good for 2 people in a room if you want space.
