The Staff was extremely nice and very professional. Every request we had was taken care of immediately. It was very convenient have a restaurant in the parking lot. It was very close to a Dart Station. No refrigerator, no microwave, carpet was extremely dirty. We had a small child and could not let him on the carpet. Tub drain did not hold water and the door was very difficult to close. We were in room 107.

Rooms were clean and quiet despite being close to freeway. The coffee in room needs to be updated to newer pots and also at least one comfortable chair!

The staff was very nice, polite The room was dirty. There was hair in the tub. Carpet needed to be vacuumed. I unter stand its expensive to up date the property but this property could use serious updating.....there was paint on the tub and the shower valve didn't work

If you need a quick stay in a basic yet clean and friendly hotel, this is a great bet. About 5 minutes after we settled, we received a courtesy call from the front desk asking how our room was. I also liked that I could park my car directly in front of the room; it made loading/unloading a breeze. All in all a pleasant experience for a one night stay. There was some noise from the highway but it wasn't that bad.

Close to Baylor. Staff helpful. location to restaurants very easy. Gravel in tub when trying to run water for bath. Did not receive wake up call.
