The fact that I was charged three times on two cards and still having issues with it. Causing my bank account to go into the negative!

Room location was great with easy access to either side of the building and to car park.

Tv reception was out of action for many hours on our second day. Also inexplicably we got charged more than the Booking.com stipulated charge: it should have been $201.14 for the two nights, instead we got charged $205.18 despite showing them documentation of the booking and the agreed rate.

The elevators are old, need updating. More comfortable lobby furniture.

Quick to get o Dallas

The halls smelled like weed all of the time we were there. They checked us into a dirty room and then had to wait an hour after check in to get the room cleaned If they are going to say they serve breakfast until 10am don't break everything down at 9:15 while we trying to eat.

I really like the location - easy access

The room was a not smoking room as I asked for so I had to wait because there was no code to make a key for my smoking room. There was no social hour with food as advertised. I was told they were not doing it today even though it was a Thursday and there was no free breakfast as advertised

The location and cleanliness were a plus.

A cricket was stuck in the air conditioning and sang to us the whole 1st night we were there. I called the front desk and it was handled immediately. However, we stuffed the bottom of our door with a towel to prevent anymore from entering our room because we had no idea where they were coming from.

Decent centralized location.

The A/C is regulated and didnt cool the room to my liking. But I like my room very cold when I sleep.

the elevator was located fairly distant from the lobby; had to go down a corridor to reach it. The luggage carts had flat tires so when full of luggage they were very hard to move and steer. This compounded when trying to squeeze them into an elevator that was quite small.

Breakfast in AM; price reasonable.

Staff was very friendly & helpful. The bed was amazingly comfortable & the room very clean.

I made reservations online & called the day before to confirm. When I arrived...No reservations! Arg.. The girl was quick to get me a room & very polite. Not much view from any side of the hotel.

People very friendly , excelent location , easy to go shopping .Easy to go to the center of dallas and towns nearby such as Irving.Excelent for the price.

We were picking up my grandchildren from Denmark and stayed two nights. It was in a rather industrial part of town, which I did not know from the description, but it was very nice for the money. Oddly, the only thing I complained about to my husband was the lack of more wastebaskets and the size of the two that were there. The free wi-fi and complete breakfast were also a nice addition. We would have no problem staying again.

It's almost as comfortable as being at home.

The complimentary breakfast is too good, causing us to eat too much. The waffles are the best we've ever eaten.
