    We had a big comfortable room, they had the standard continental breakfast which we passed on and wi-fi that worked well.

    Night clerk was helpful and polite.

    Found dirty qtip in bed. Room smelled musty and a bit like urine. The pool was dirty. The bathroom was tiny...I felt like I was in an outhouse. Breakfast had many choices, but mainly bread products or heavily sugared packaged products. I overpaid forthis place and it wasn't even a weekend.

    My experience was horrible. Nothing good to say except about.....Luckily the people at the Hampton Inn bent over backwards to help me. The manager personally helped me set up crib for my daughter. (Go Hampton!)

    I pulled in after booking a room with two queen beds. I arrived late ( which I called head to let then know). Got to the hotel with very tired kids and dad. The room had two twin beds. Try finding a room after 1am in the summer season....with crying kids and a crying dad. They did a bait and switch with the online photos and details. This place is old, doors that open facing Main Street and owner that do not care about lying on their website (what else will they do to get your hard earned money). Is it possible to give negative stars? If so put these guys down for -3.

    We had reservation for non smoking, they only had smoking when we got there. Also told us we had to call to confirm reservation when we already made it online.

    The king size bed was great. There was grass for the dog. The staff was very helpful and considerate. It was quiet.

    ended up having to stay in farmington, jumped unto booking - daughter's preference is the LaQ chain. so we booked, no hassle - quick check in as usual. usual amenities you'd expect were positives of course.

    i believe we asked for a non-smoking room, got assigned one which had a pretty strong smoke scent BUT my kids and i were so tired that we were asleep within minutes of checking in.

    The lady that help me with my check in I think her name Kathy her name should be on my paperwork. She was fantastic very helpful. My stay was good and relaxing. I had meetings to attend but had my son there. He was on WiFi so that made it nice. Can you please the lady some credit at the check in desk. She was 100% asst to my stay. Thank you

    T they only think Idid not like is online booking. Its a stuck price can not be changed once you arrive at the hotel. Hotel mgr SD I could not apply my AARP rate so that was okay. I paid but service was good

    Location easy to get to where I was going.

    Parts of exterior showing rust needs some outside upkeep.

    Rooms are big, wifi worked well, pet-friendly (no extra fee), nice pet area and the river walk is not far (5 min. walk).

    Noisy streets around (but ok in the room) dirty tub, smoke odor in the room even though we booked a non-smoking one.

    My husband got sick and we had to cancel the rest of our trip. Nothing todo with you. I am also so inept at making reservations that I booked the La Quinta in Farmington AND Gallup on the same night. Probably won't book on line again.

    No elevator so taking two heavy suitcases up those steep and narrow stairs was not fun. In leaving I used the outside stairs which were better. They should tell people that when they check in.

    The room heater was either on FULL or OFF; so the room temperature was not controlled. Bad thermostat in unit I suppose. The coffee maker did not have a cup to hold the coffee packet; so it didn't work. The faucet in the tub leaked and dripped all night; when I asked the staff to repair it while I was out working they simply came in and cranked the handle OFF very hard.

    Slight cigarette smoke odor in front lobby.

    It was adequate. Frankly, I don't remember much about Farmington, it was a stop along the way.

    Very good value for money. We had a good clean room with good facilities. The outstanding attribute of the of the hotel however was the staff who were all without exception freindly and helpful.
