I loved that it was close to everything that i wNt to do and see. Also everyone was very nice and morning breakfast was good..
The only thing I didn't like was the comfort of the beds they was not good beds
Staff tried to be accommodating. Staff friendly. Location.
1st on 4th floor with a humming noise and only scalding water. No sleep no shower. 2nd room on 12th floor much better however dark shade broken and carpet needs to be cleaned. Over priced for a La Quinta.
The General Manger was made aware of a situation an d she took care of it immediately and made our stay a pleasant one. Also when we arrived Summer suggested a tour and we truly enjoyed it.
Location was excellent. Breakfast was good and staff were very helpful indeed.
Fitness room is in serious need of work. A lot of the equipment didnt work.
The location is just close enough to not be disturb if you're wanting to relax away from the parade crowds.
just had several sign of not paying close attention to details - dust in the corner of elevator, hall carpet looked dirty, window treatment not properly working.
This property is within walking distance of many notable destinations, especially the French Quarter
Variety of breakfast items was poor
Location was great for our activities.
Each night ther was so much noise in the halls, police were even called for room next to us
Breakfast hours were too short.
Location Bed and Pillows
Breakfast is very basic for a hotel
Clean and everyone was friendly, the location was close to the areas I was visiting, the price was very cheap.
I loved the location and price of the room. The rooms were very clean and peaceful and still a short walking distance from all the fun on Bourbon Street.
It was close to French quarter
We found a roach on the wall
Accessibility to downtown and French quarter.
Loud voices from other guest entering and exiting elevators.
Close enough to walk to everything - French Quarter, Steamboat and casino. The staff are lovely, and super helpful - from valet parking, to cleaners and front desk.
Our room had a constant vibrating noise throughout the night that lasted our whole 3 night stay. The property promised to send someone to investigate after we checked out.
Good view and locations
The breakfast could be improved. It is very simple and poor.
Terrible breakfast. Tasteless bread, no real coffee, items not replaced when they ran out.
Friendly employees, peaceful, and very clean
Clean comfortable and with walking distance of most everything
Front desk personel not knowing what events or restaurants were close
The parking with $ 26 per day
I had asked the Front Desk for a wake-up call, but they forgot! The breakfast served was very ordinary
The credit card swiper to pay for a cold drink
Had a little problem with the toilet handle missing up.
Our stay was great with the exception of the valet service which I understand is not operated by the La Quinta Hotel but does reflect negatively upon them. A friend we were traveling with gave her car to the valet and they locked her keys inside. She then had to call roadside assistance and wait for them to come and unlock her vehicle. On the day we were leaving back home, it took them 1 hour and 16 minutes from the time we gave them our ticket to the time our truck was finally brought to the lobby. Needless to say this was very frustrating as we were all tired form running in the Rock N Roll New Orleans Half and Full Marathons and just wanted to get on the road to get home. I would hire a new valet service or try and fix the problems the current service is experiencing.
This hotel was close to the the attractions we wanted to see. It was also close to the buses. The ladies at the desk were friendly and were able to answer all of our questions. This hotel and parking is a good value for the money.
