Clean and comfortable hotel
Location was good. Close enough to walk to the places we wanted to go.
The parking at the hotel was not great....we ended up parking at a 24 hour lot at the corner up the street.
Central location Breakfast Sunlight Cheap price Wifi Friendly staffs
The suite was comfortable in size, and had two TV's. Location was within walking distance to everything. (But tons of other hotels in the area also) The gentleman that took my bags to the cab was very nice.
I didn't ask for a suite, I wanted a room with 2 beds, which would have been within my budget. On check out they told me I couldn't use my triple A membership that I needed to use that when I made my reservation. The 3rd & 4th night there was no cold water in the shower, had to take very very hot shower. Never received a wake up call even though I called the front desk every night & requested one. The continental breakfast was horrible. The only hot food was instant oatmeal and waffles. The only fresh fruit daily was apples and one day they had a few bananas.
Excellent location. Very comfortable and pets welcome.
Level of cleanliness was variable. A lot of dust.
Room, staff, cleanliness
Breakfast could have been a little better.
When we got ready to check out on Sunday the valet service was hell. That was understandable being it was Sunday and checkout. We waited for over an hour in the lobby, it had been cleared only to find out that our car could not found. It took another 30 minutes to find it. There was no explanation from management who never came to speak to me or return of my $26.00 valet fee.
Well above par accommodations, cleanliness, location, staff
The cleanness of the hotel, the friendliness of the staff, and the location was near other friends staying at different places in New Orleans made it easy to plan things .
The bed was too soft, I guess my personal preference is a hard mattress, I have a bad back. I requested a mini refrigerator and micro wave and was told they're only put in rooms with a king size bed, not for the double queen room we rented. That was so stupid .
Given how pricey our stay was you should have a better breakfast. Had to go to hotel across the street for a decent breakfast.
receptionist were not very nice except one tall lady, unfortunately i could not get their names because they don't wear name tags. this was very much unlike people in New Orleans. they were not very helpful when you needed help
Location was great
Carpet in room was stained & needed to be replaced
Location was great.
I could strong cigarette smoke coming from the room next to me!
The closeness to the French Quarter, easy access from the airport, that a breakfast was offered, although I never ate it, the quality of the mattress and pillows so I slept comfortably and the cost for the first night was good, the other 2 not so much, but all in all...it evened out in line with others I checked out. I also liked the fact that you had a fitness center although I didn't use it either...still there was one available and free wifi too! I had a very pleasant stay...thank you very much! I also enjoyed the walk down to the French Quarter...it wasn't too far and easy directions to get there and you provided maps too!
No airport shuttle as I had to pay for a $33 cab ride both ways from and back to the airport. No restaurant inside the hotel so had to go elsewhere for meals.
I was charged more than I had expected according to my Booking reservation
Staff was great. Friendly from check in until check out.
I had a very large room, almost too large considering the distance between bed and tv, it was quiet dispite being next to street, internet worked fine, there was a microwave and fridge and coffee machine
There was no safe in the room, air-conditioning much too loud, breakfast nice but served with plastic cutlery and plates, a very bad style for European visitors, I will never get used to this.
Very friendly and helpful staff, decent continental breakfast bar (no meat - and only eggs are whole boiled eggs), large room with comfortable king size bed, great location - walking distance and close to french quarter, CBD, casino, but not right IN the action as to be noisy and annoyingly full of people all of the time. Got a great rate too.
Shower was very finicky. Water pressure very low (3rd floor room in 15 story building). First time I used it, ~5pm, took forever to heat up. The second time, 9am next day, it was scalding hot and took forever to cool down. The shower curtain was very cheap looking and stood out from the rest of the decor.
The beds were exceptionally comfortable the best that we had experienced.
The hotel let customers bring in their dogs which sometimes were left on their own and made an awful noise!
The location is perfect
Parking, parking, and parking
Location and fair price. Wifi and limited breakfast are ok
Gym was outdated and machines needed maintenance. A/C was not working initially but they quickly fixed it.
The downstairs reception area was very clean and well kept up.
Closet door was broke. Toilet paper holder falling off the wall. Shower water ran off onto bathroom floor. The bathroom sink faucet shoot out of the sink onto our clothes evey time it was turned on. We had a great view of the staff smoking area out of our window. Very noisy due to room being next to elevator. House keeping left the wet towels that were used to soak up runoff from the shower on our bed and did not clean bathroom floor. The room did not resemble any of the pictures shown on website. It had the feel of a motel room. Room 201 was very poor. Worth an extra $50.00 a night to stay at a different hotel.
The environment was conduisive for my purpose in New Orleans
That town was easy to walk to and around all the other places
Not enougj public restrooms around town!! Couldn't use in places if you didn't buy something!! Bad review for that
