Location was great.
I could strong cigarette smoke coming from the room next to me!
I was charged more than I had expected according to my Booking reservation
Staff was great. Friendly from check in until check out.
I had a very large room, almost too large considering the distance between bed and tv, it was quiet dispite being next to street, internet worked fine, there was a microwave and fridge and coffee machine
There was no safe in the room, air-conditioning much too loud, breakfast nice but served with plastic cutlery and plates, a very bad style for European visitors, I will never get used to this.
Very friendly and helpful staff, decent continental breakfast bar (no meat - and only eggs are whole boiled eggs), large room with comfortable king size bed, great location - walking distance and close to french quarter, CBD, casino, but not right IN the action as to be noisy and annoyingly full of people all of the time. Got a great rate too.
Shower was very finicky. Water pressure very low (3rd floor room in 15 story building). First time I used it, ~5pm, took forever to heat up. The second time, 9am next day, it was scalding hot and took forever to cool down. The shower curtain was very cheap looking and stood out from the rest of the decor.
The beds were exceptionally comfortable the best that we had experienced.
The hotel let customers bring in their dogs which sometimes were left on their own and made an awful noise!
The location is perfect
Parking, parking, and parking
Location and fair price. Wifi and limited breakfast are ok
Gym was outdated and machines needed maintenance. A/C was not working initially but they quickly fixed it.
The downstairs reception area was very clean and well kept up.
Closet door was broke. Toilet paper holder falling off the wall. Shower water ran off onto bathroom floor. The bathroom sink faucet shoot out of the sink onto our clothes evey time it was turned on. We had a great view of the staff smoking area out of our window. Very noisy due to room being next to elevator. House keeping left the wet towels that were used to soak up runoff from the shower on our bed and did not clean bathroom floor. The room did not resemble any of the pictures shown on website. It had the feel of a motel room. Room 201 was very poor. Worth an extra $50.00 a night to stay at a different hotel.
The environment was conduisive for my purpose in New Orleans
That town was easy to walk to and around all the other places
Not enougj public restrooms around town!! Couldn't use in places if you didn't buy something!! Bad review for that
I liked how close it was to the french quarter.
We were on a non smoking floor and the people in the adjoining room were smoking, so the smoke was filling up our room. I called the front desk and all they wanted to do was put a smoke machine in our room rather than talk to the people who were smoking. he machine put out it's own strange smell and didn't work very well. Whenever we came back to our room, it still smelled heavily of smoke in the room even though the machine was running. If you're a smoker, this might be acceptable, but I'm not a smoker and I am not interested in sleeping in a room filled with stale cigarette smoke.
Older hotel but a lot of value for the money.
Swimming pool was the size of a hot tub. Not really a swimming pool.
There was an insect in the initial room we were given and when we were given another room, the wash basin sink had a problem and the water was not going through. The receptionist did offer us another room but we were too tired to shift room again
The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a great way to start the day. It was a great location as well.
Shower was a little confusing.
We had requested a roll away several times during our stay, and although promised, it was never delivered. Otherwise, I have only good things to say about our visit.
Friendly staff Big spacious rooms Appeared very clean Decent priced Great view Great Location
Poor lighting and half the lights didnt work Asked for a non-smoking room but received smoking room Bed reeked of cigarette smoke Extremely noisy neighbors Horrible parking situation
The location was perfect for easy access to wherever you wanted to go. The breakfast was excellent, wide variety of food and nice place to sit and eat.
The staff was not very friendly and the shower was difficult to use, and the water temperature was so hot even when using the sink
big room with refridgerator and microwaves. Aircondition running all day.
lights for the street illuminate room all night long. Street is also very loud. Poor room cleaning, evefything is dusty.
The size of the room and location of hotel
The lobby bathroom was full of throw up when we arrived, no cups or ashtrays in a smoking room.
Expensive parking rate.
Convenience to attractions, could walk to everything Ok breakfast overall had a great time.
There was construction going on which made it difficult to walk pass with all the traffic but nothing that any city wouldn't have.
Location Value for money Ecellent service. Will sure come back
the parking service. The gentleman was rude.
Close to French Quarter
I had to leave
