It was what i ask after we had to change rooms
All rooms.did not have microwaves, And needed a.better walful maker
The hotel staff was very accommodating, friendly and helpful. The Hotel and our room was very clean, cozy and comfortable. The Hotel was close to everything which makes it very convenient!
Hotel staff was not very helpful in regards to local attractions and activities. We were told "I don't know, but there's a computer over there." when we had questions about Cedar Point.
I like the suite upgrade. Cleanliness of room. Peace and quite.
Ice machine too far. Breakfast was poor.
The location was great close to all major attractions ,eatery and shopping centers. Breakfast was ok a bit crowded. Would have to have eggs oh well.
Housekeeping. I would leave early in the am when returned late afternoon, house keeping had or been in to clean the room. Therefore we had to stay out all day until early evening. With kids that was hard to do.
I like that we were asked if we wanted upgraded to a suite at no extra cost.
I felt the suite was a little small. I think the shower should have shower doors instead of curtain.
location was close to cedar point free breakfast for the kids
no elevator. I am unable to carry stuff upstairs because of a back injury, would never have booked if I knew I had to go upstairs carrying luggage. Also there was dog poop on grounds that travelers did not bother to pick up, and the stairwell we had to go up and down was dirty, and full of dog hair.
Hotel staff were very polite and cooperative especially Derek. His response was quick to meet our needs. Your staff make a lasting impression. The cleanliness in the breakfast area was amazing. Overall I would certainly refer this hotel to my friends.
There is nothing as such which we didn't like. If microwaves can be arranged in each room, that will be great especially for people with families.
Cleanliness, continental breakfast was plentiful & contained a wide variety of foods, spaciousness, safety for families with younger & older children
One of the outside doors did not secure all the time. I simply pulled on the handle & it opened.
The rooms were updated and clean.
The breakfast was marginal, at best.
Comfy Beds, clean rooms, good price.
Did not get the best price when I booked my rooms. Went back a month later and the rooms were cheaper. I had to cancel and rebook. Which I was able to do without any problems.
On my second night, the Guests in the room above me were very loud. Complained 3times all the way up until 4am, as My family was awakened all night long. Following morning @ check out staff gave me a $20 discount & was very dismissive acting as if I was dishonest saying all they heard was walking, when in my room I heard bumping all night. I got no sleep on my second night stay & had a long drive the following morning. I felt the staff didn't empathize with me and was dismissive.
Need to put longer shower curtains in the showers. They come out in the middle.
The guy just walked in our room without knocking he was the manger and also house keeping through my keys away
staff, manager rude cost too high for what is provided
They had free Wi-Fi, and an average pool.
The staff was rude, I was told I couldn't book for another night because the entire hotel was already booked by one party. I heard several people come in after me and make arrangements to stay extra nights. The food was cold and we were promised a great breakfast with bacon and eggs every morning along with a variety of breakfast foods. There was only dry cereal and waffles and juice, and that's it. The air-conditioning didn't work, so it was muggy our entire stay. The doors did not close properly, we were only left with two towels for four people. No extra soap or shampoo was given. I was told there was a microwave and refrigerator in every room. But once we got there, only the suites had those items available. Which were booked. I was told upon booking the room that we could have an early check in, but once we got there the lady said "well I can't just kick any people out", and I would have to wait until 3 o'clock. We couldn't get into our room for six hours. We had to clean the pool ourselves to get all of the leaves off of the water before we could go in. What a mess. I will not be returning.
Room was pretty average for the cost.
Close to Cedar Point. Clean rooms, good breakfast, comfy beds.
Wi-Fi was always kicking us off, so we had to log back in.
Staff was very accommodating. Location was convenient to Cedar Point. Clean, well appointed room. Good breakfast.
Very helpful, friendly staff
coffee maker with no coffee pot candy on the floor from last guest hair in the bathtub
I liked that the room appeared clean, especially the bathroom
I did not like the relatively large gap in the door to the room because we could hear everything outside in the hallway.
We had been driving 9 hours and needed a place to stay for the night that would be budget friendly as well as dog friendly. Having never stayed at this chain before, we didn't know what to expect. Wow were we impressed! We were given a suite room with a fireplace. It was spacious and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the shower/bathroom area was clean. We felt like we were staying in a luxury hotel! In the am we enjoyed the free breakfast area that had bagels, waffles sausage etc. we will definately stay at this hotel again.
A far drive from the highway.
